Got lot of experience dealing with different people
I worked with different clients and I can handle pressure also difficult clients iknow how to communicate and great skill with people, love being around people and working extra hours

Excellent hardworking focussed balanced individual.
I have the background and qualifications to be very successful in this position as advertised. I use to do reception and enquiries work at standard bank vehicle and asset finance and an administrator assistant at Risk management at Old Mutual before my work as a Forensic assistant. I am currently busy with my BCOM LLB via UNISA. I successful at working individual and in a group and easily adjustable to change.

Interacting with clients, Decision Making skills,
I work flexi hours between 7.15-9.15 One works has to investigate on average on 7 cases day. Part of the investigation includes checking all the relevant systems: The value of the claim, entry date, the members portfolio. Go through documents such as Last Will, forms. Contact various family members to acquire outstanding information. Taking into consideration all the relevant information recommend an allocation to the legal and factual dependents.Handle incoming calls , emails regards claims. Challenging aspect of the role is when the family refuses to cooperate. This results when the deceased member had different unit families. The other difficult aspect is explaining to the parties how pension fund act work when they listed as beneficiaries. Apart from the daily job I am part o the EE committee where I get to represent my co-workers with any job related barriers. I enjoy working with people.

I've learnt that working as a team is the most tool of a successfull team.We motivate each other because there are dissapointments.There's lot of pressure BT I don't listen to it.I've learned that in order to be successfully I have to do planning and also balance my personal life with my work.What I enjoy mostly is to see that I've made a difference in someone's life by giving them financial advice and that makes them to recommend me to their friends as well so that means a lot to me.
Pros: We are given opportunity to study and the company is paying for that so that's more couraging

Very good
Very good environment to work within, normal office hours over time was done if target not met for that week.I enjoyed working for the company as I was earning more on sales.I have done NQF level 4 management course with the company. There was growth in the company.

Continious growth
Dealing with clients in a call center client services position. Answering queries about the clients accounts and making sure that the clients are sertisfied. Enjoyed working with other people form different backgrounds. Learned how to be resiliant and persuasive.
