Patient with people, stricly and specific on the things need to be done ,

My typical work day is Wednesday , I usually have nothing much to do on the day , I have great connection with people, I am an easy person to talk to , and I get along with everyone, since I have worked here I have learned, to manage different character of people, time management, importance of communication and more. I enjoy changing people, connect to individuals, and music. My most challenging aspect of my current job is the shortage of resources.

Continious growth

Dealing with clients in a call center client services position. Answering queries about the clients accounts and making sure that the clients are sertisfied. Enjoyed working with other people form different backgrounds. Learned how to be resiliant and persuasive.

My work experience

I am working for my current employer for more than 5 years now and I can say my journey with the company has been quite amazing. I am now FAIS accredited and have RE and now I feel like I need to explore my talent and see what more I can do. If only I can be given an opportunity to get out of my comfort zone and learn more things apart from Insurance.

Excellent opertunity to grow and excell in your job scope.

Work a full day, SLA driven. Worked very well with my colleagues, was very diverse. Went for lots of courses during my employment to equip myself. I enjoyed going to work because of the culture that we had in the office we were like one big happy family. The challenging part for me was managing the SLA, and having to have one on one discussions with my colleagues regarding errors that they made.

Pros: Great opertunity for promotions.
Cons: Because we were SLA driven we had to work lots of overtime

Customer services

What is mostly important in my company is to make client happy and satisfied. Sometimes is difficult working without having sites where you can find client.My relationship with colleagues is mostly important because they help me when the client becomes difficult. What I enjoy is when I do presentations,and doing that sometimes it becomes the most difficult aspect because we only have enough time to represent the products.

Builds resilience

Working in the financial services industry is incredibly stressful as there are so many key factors that need to be adhered to so as to give the best possible financial advice to the clients whilst simultaneously trying to reach the set targets. It is because of this that the environment can become very stressful and somewhat challenging. However, it is through these challenges that one learns more about oneself and builds a tolerance when faced with negative situations.
