A good company to work for in so far as honing one's skills in handling the corporate environment. Excellent learning culture and life-long personal improvement opportunities. However, career progression opportunities are not adequately integrated into the learning and development opportunities offered by the employer.

Very hectic and fast paced
Highly pressured environment where every minute counts and every rand spent is critical to maximize the return. Very strong on development and growing people. Very strong culture - People are generally good to work with

Sales and client servuce
My challenges at work is when I get no sale I must push beyond boundaries to at least end a day with a new client I call my prospects and feral. I am working with a good team of people we do help each other to achieve our goals and company targets. What I enjoy most is when I see a frustrated client go out the door with a smile after clearing all his/her frustrations. What I have learned is being patient. Doing the job I am doing needs patient and faith. To believe that you will make it according to company rules and expectations and in order to achieve your dreams or goals really it needs someone who is patient

I learn very quickly and i love working with people
I work with a lot of people and also have to make a lot of cold calls a day i also i have a great relationship with my co-workers and also what i love about my job is helping clients and make a difference in there life i have learnt so much threw old mutual how to deal with clients and there problems have gone on course the only challenging thing from my job is that it is very uncontested what i don't in joy but other wise i love working with people .
Pros: can work my way to DM manger and also work my way up to the top

Fast learner
I am talkative person willing to work under pressure in any circumstances,fast leaner,team work,good and excellent communication with people and motivator,workerholic,always meet deadlines,innovative person,strategic person and always willing to work more than what I can do mean to say like to work inadvince I don't like to not plan planning is my second name and good motivator and good leader.

More experience and accountability
What I enjoyed the most was working with different people since I was on sales department. Friendly staff difficult managers but could work with because I knew what I come for in the company.

I learned to know different kind of charrectoristicx of people
Working at old mutual its nice you get to know different varieties of people.you get to know different places,you are given time to explore and you are your own manager because is like you have been given your own franchise to run it and the owner s will wait for the results that you produce at the end of the week and a strong working team as we meet at Friday s.

The company allows me to grow personally and professionally. I get to meet new people everyday and the hours are flexible. The staff are also friendly and are always willing to help out.

I am a fast leaner
I am a hard working person who will do the most of any opportunity given to me. I can work in a group or as an individual, depending on the environment I am working in.
