I have several reporting staff, although daily work plans are in place I excel at the challenges being faced daily. Customers satisfaction at a well executed reply is the job satisfaction I earn daily. Change is good and makes you stronger.

Growing curve
My expirence working for the current company is exceptional as I have learnt a number of thisngs like tam work which I think is important more especialy when working at a call centre. What i enjoy the most when at work is the interaction with customers as i currently take calls, the encouragement from my co-workers not just about work but about life generally . I have a good work relationship with my colleagues as the team buildings helps a lot in terms of getting to know each other better. Th most challenging aspect of the job is when I receive a call from a irate customers as my first call for the day, yes I can handle an irate customer but do not like it to be a first call for the day.

Had a great relationship with my co-workers, was a team leader so it was an excellent learning opportunity for me as I had to keep in mind that we are all different in a way but still had to serve our purpose at the company. Most challenging aspects is having to deal with an irate customer and calm down the situation.I have learned that patience and listening skill would rather help you understand the situation.

I learned to work with people and around people
in my current work place it's a good environment especially for youth it's a fun place to be, me and my colleagues we enjoy working together we like a family working together as a team it's one of out values. I learned to work with people and treat people the very same way am expecting them to treat me with respect, The most thing I enjoy is the incentive part when you perform well in daily basis we get incentives.

Good start into sales.
It gives one more experience in dealing with different customers, it helps one develop their sales personality and a people friendly character. The company gives one the experience of working with a salary making personal and professional choices, it gives a more hands on approach in sales and interacting with both colleagues and customers.

Great learning curve
I learnt how to work as team, learnt the importance of time keeping and having a good relationship with co-workers. Respect each and every staff member at mtn. I also learnt how to work independently of which it was an advantage. I learnt how to deal with different challenges.

It was a learning curve
Is the industry where anyone would wish to work in, benefits and incentives. The most challenging part was when they change our agents, we find it more challenging with their strategy which it was not benefits us but most of us tried to fit in for the sake of the company and our reputation

Excellent learning curve
I got to do a lot at as I started working here. Those who do amazing work are taken advantage off. You don't get rewarded for doing great work, however you get put down when you do something wrong. The salary is 90% lower than the telecommunications industry level.
