I like my current job though i would like something challenging and new
I work with customers and clients day in and out,i manage to bond qith them because i enjoy working with people different ras.i have a strong relationship with my co-workers we get along just fine we are actually working as a team and that has made us a family.in this working environment i have learned patience and being able to listen and assist as much as i can.what i enjoy most in in working here is to meet different people by day and being able to help and put a smile on a customers face through mywarm hospitality. The most challenging aspects in this job is having to change a customer's mind or trying to inovate something new but not at all cases.

A journey to Finding myself
Having worked at MTN has been a learning curve for me, I started working at MTN as an administrator and also helping with sales and other duties in the store, and I was later promoted to store 2IC, a year later promoted to store manager at one of the company's smallest branches which I managed for ee years and the store sales increase by 60% and, I was then promoted to manage one of the companies biggest store. I must say working for MTN has been a learning experience.

Work well alone as well as in a team
I have been a team leader as we as a 2ic. A good leader starts the day by motivating the team members to set the tone for the day. Working as a team is important rather than being a dictator. I strongly believe together everyone achieves more.

Excellent learning curve
MTN is a great company to work for. The packages are good. The MTN cult is amazing. The supporting structure is always amazing especially when you have to learn a new thing. They teach you step by step until you get it right.

Excellent leaning curve
Great company to work for, you get to work with people from all walks of life and expects from all over Africa. Flat structure no one feels less important. For hardworking people who don’t mind going the extra mile.

Excellent learning curve

I'm able to work on my own initiative or part of a team. I have excellent design, trouble-shooting and fault-finding capabilities. Great Culture
Great company except individual management structures. Great benefits, fellow employees are awesome. Team building exercises are wonderful. A very helpful and insightful employee wellness programme which is automatically extends to my immediate family
