Excellent job opportunities

Long working hours,work well with my colleages building our relationship,i learnt a lot,on how to deal with customer, solving problem,handling complaints provide technical support with client. I enjoy talking with my client every dayand the challeng was to deal with those irrigate customer and give them good services.

Excellent Learning curve

I have had extensive customer service experience in the office environment, retail sector, insurance, sales, administration and telecommunications industries, giving me varied skills and the ability to work with many different types of people, and engaging with customers from different walks of life. I believe I could adapt and fit easily into your team. I am a focused and determined person who works hard and pays attention to detail. I'm flexible, quick to pick up new skills and eager to learn from others. I also have lots of ideas and enthusiasm at the work place.

Good experiance opportunity when you are fresh from School

making sure the stock is being counted on a daily basis, i have a great relation with my co-works even though we only communicate via Skype, i have learned to be self disciplined because i work alone on site with no supervision and it made me grow as a person and develop my professional skills and the importance of carrying out task on time. working with different personalities and rendering customer service The most challenging is that there is no room to Grow in this line of work, i need to learn more and expand and Grow in this industry

The reality of HR Role

Currently work in a regional office and as the HR generalist i am doing all HR related roles to support customer Operations. My days are never as planned, the environment is very fast pased and dynamic and as a result i need to be able to be flexible and change my original daily plan when needed. I have learnt a lot from my role about the actual stragegic role of HR and how by being part of the business one can influence business decisions. Futhermore, HR's role is one of the most important roles in the organisation as if done right can influence human resource behaviour and output in a possitive way. This will inturn mean the organisation gets return on investment from the most important assert which they invest in (manpower). I love the unpredictability,fast pase and highly competetive nature. Furthuremore, i love working independently and have the ability to make decisions on my own.

Consultant

answering incoming auiries, dealing with angry customers complaining about the data being disappeared without using it. Handling the difficult situations whereby you have to calm the customers. I really enjoyed dealing with different types of people I have learned how to handle them differently.

it was a challenging job that required good capability of solving some difficult issues on the system which you were not taught but you must come with the solution of how to solve that particular problem.i had a good relationship with my co-workers so that it can be easily for us to share some ideas if we face any challenge in our environment.

it was a job of challenging whereas you need to come with your own ideas on how to solve some difficult problem related to your job on the system.i had a good relationship with my co-workers so that we can able to share our ideas on solving any challenge we face on the system.i enjoyed the challenge most because each and everyday you learn sometime and in that case you become active and open minded.
