Excellent driving record and the ability to perform related functions.
My experience in driving trucks for MTN Company is immense as I have had the opportunity to drive trucks that have the capability of holding more than three tons of weight which is the things i like the most. Typical work is to have the necessary understanding of securing goods and materials on a truck and the safety precautions that need to be taken into account. Able to provide maintenance services for the truck. Moreover, I am able to maintain logs for customer signatures and payment collections and make it a point to keep them updated at all times. My knowledge of using the GPS and regular maps along with my ability to work diligently even on long shifts will prove to be an asset to your company. Able to over come challenges like driving in a bad weather. I enjoy the most when the job is done.
Pros: Positive attitude, Able to handle high pressure situations and Able to driver on bad conditions.

Excellent learning curve ,eye opening experince
When I get to work we have our morning meetings. check if there are no pending applications. The store opens at 9am -19:00 PM Interact with my colleagues. I have learnt to patient and calm ,treat each and every customer fairly with respect.

Good
My relationship with my colleagues is very good I've learnt not to take things personal @ work no matter what if you feel that someone did not treat you in a good manner you speak to him/her in a good way What I ve enjoyed the most @ work is that I have a good relationship with my team mates we share everything The most challenging thing @ work is the pressure that we getting from the management, because we have a target that we need to meet @ the end of the day

Get to work in the morning do stock take clean the store make sure everything is neat and tidy for when the store opens I have a very good relationship with my co workers I am the manager of the store so if they need to be counselled for what ever reason I will do so as well I have learnt to be responsible , look after a team of co workers how to delegate as well I don’t have anything challenging aspect to my job i always find a solution no matter what

It was a learning curve
MTN offers room for growth and you can reach your potential there. We work 9 hours a day and you get an hour for lunch and 30 minutes for tea breaks. I have learnt that in as much as you have a position you need to study to better yourself. I enjoyed seeing celebrities here at work.
