You will see that I have six months of experience of providing IT helpdesk support for MTN Company. During that time, I have spent time dealing with more complex complaints and am proud to say that I have an excellent record in resolving them successfully. I routinely cover enquiries and problems in relation to hardware, software, peripherals, email accounts and internet connections. Excellent learning curve and growth
There are different challenges within the work place but these changes helped me to grow and learn more about different departments, the co-workers are very friendly and assisting when help is needed, I have learned that working together is the key to growth and to excel, the most challenging aspect of the job is knowing more about every department that is within MTN and how they work.

Excellent working experience
I was an experience and a good one working for MTN i have learnt a lot, wotking with many people i have learn how to live with them.. Sloving problems and provide information where is needed in time

Great working experience
Its a great platform for customer experience great working environment, a stepping stone and a growing platform. I have learnt to be patient and understanding. I have learnt to control my emotions for not every customer is polite. I am calm . I enjoyed working with the team, had a strongest team and I also had to be independent.
Pros: great platform to start a carrier if you are customer oriantated

Excellent experience
I'm young full of energy, hard worker.I am able to work under pressure. I am willing to succeed even if it means putting extra effort, possess leadership qualities and can work well with other people, I am disciplined, assertive, not easily intimidated and have the ability to communicate well.

Easily works in a team or alone and adapts to different working conditions.
No day is the same as the previous day. I've learnt to be cool under pressure and not to be scared to make descisions as neccessary. I've learnt that you must have a good team working with you, no man is an island. Give challenges the time they deserve so that you can overcome them. Working with people from other OPCOs makes you appreciate the different cultures and personalities. Sometime it seems you're taking to people from a different company.

Gained great working experience
In my 10 years employeed by Mtn i have moulded lives of about 100+ agents in terms of coaching, mentoring & supporting as i supervised a team of about 12-15 agents at a time..Feiendships were formed as we were a team within our managers teams and i learned different management styles from each of them, which has helped me grow as an individual.

Well adopted in the IT project management world with excellent feedback skills to stakeholders.
I am currently on contract with MTN working on a Oracle implementation. I have learnt a new skill in managing Oracle to African Countries. The most enjoyable part was the success in analyzing business processes for business. A typical work day would start at 7h00 with admin including emails, reading reports and preparing for meetings. Feedback from Team leaders and attending test sessions. Afternoon sessions included more admin and preparing of status reports. Most challenging part of the position was to keep employees motivated while they were not sure if their contracts will be renewed.
Pros: Great company with a fantastic team.
Cons: Currently budgets are not being approved for the project and contracts are difficult to renew.

Committed to the success of the business
I create a working environment for the teams to develop and realize their full potential. I apply situational leadership in all situations. Importantly as well is to focus the business towards customer centric culture in order to ensure customer loyalty.
