It was really great company to work for.
We were lucky course we attended trying and customers service, got a couple of awards for job well do in almost every branch I worked. Salary was very good. Commission was good as well. Bonuses was also good. Yearly gathering were nice as well.working on targets was very challenging but exciting at the same time. Incentives was given weekly which was nice as well. Was nice working with the guys course I was the only woman working there. We learnt to deal with difficult customers as well.

Explore more knowledge and not limit my self
I feel that the sky is the limit I need to explore new ventures I have been in administration and now currently I was working as a sales customer representative and with the experience and knowledge I acquired I will fit in the organisation. The mission of the company will be our priority. I have a good working relationships with my colleagues as I learned that for me to be respected I need to respect others irrespective of their age. Each and every day must be spend wisely ensuring that production is the priority. I have learn to be calm and listen attentively to customers and superiors. The most challenging part of my job is that as a sales consultant you must think out of the box.

Excellent learning curve
I have in the customer service industry for past eight years. My most recent experience has been handling incoming calls in the high tech industry. One reason I particularly enjoy this business, and challenges that go along with it is the opportunity to connect with people.

Timorously answer all incoming telephone calls. Attend to queries and needs of callers as required within procedures Address problems on a case by case basis Respond and attend to queries and problems in line with set guidelines Escalate unresolved queries timorously

Dedicated & hardworker
I've been on safety -ocuppational health & safety -basic fire fighter -quality awareness -operating the machine -driving from plant to stores to pickup machine parts or raw materials -cleaning the plant meaning everything in place

Exccellent learning curve
Assisting customers with cellphone queries. Verifying airtime for customers Sending Gprs settings and e-mail Settings with their cellphones. Confirming cellphone settings for the customer if they have problems Multi-task in meeting the kpi’s for the Organization performing simswaps for customers blacklisting their cellphones

Changes
I still have passion for the job that I do; I just need to drive that passion towards a different direction for my growth. Having worked in corporate I have realised that if you believe that the peak has been reached it's time for change. I truly enjoy working within a fast-paced environment like the one I am in and should I leave it would be a perfect fit for me to join a company as equally aggressive in it's industry.

Good experiencing gaining opportunity
I have been exposed to various job categories, but one thing that has always fascinated me was the office administration industry. I have learned many key factors while assisting others and the importance of teamwork knowing it is a key factor to success. I am a confident and positive individual who always strives to deliver quality results at any given task, as I see every challenge as an opportunity this is one of my greatest fortes. I am a vibrant young lady who can adapt to any situations I am placed in. I am well-spoken and I am a quick learner and have no problem following instructions and doing as I'm told however I am not afraid of a challenge and when I need to step up to the plate and become a leader I am well capable of doing that. Being sure that I can bring these valuable contributions towards the further growth of your company, not only will I contribute to your fundamental principles, but also to the forth coming of my country.
