Hard worker

Working at Mtn as a consultant is has been good. A typical work day for me would be to work with different customers as well as get admin work done in the same day. My work is a bit overwhelming sometimes although I feel great as I work with good colleagues who is always a helping hand.Everyday is a different day with most good customers and only one or two bad ones.I enjoy seeing a customer go out the store happy with a big smile on their face.

Wonderful growth opportunity,

Working at mtn was an experience I will never forget, it help me group as an individual, I worked with a team which felt like family I went above and beyond for the customers, making sure they would recommend the network to someone else Going to work every morning I felt at home and safe, We helped each other and I enjoyed assisting to the best of my ability.

Excellent expansion in learning about the network

Working at a telecommunications company is very diverse. You literally learn everything including finance, networks and information systems. A typical day at work would include receiving data from all sources( voice data and sms data) and analyzing to check accuracy and completeness of records. This also includes analyzing financial statements

Pros: Great place to work in order to be exposed to all possible departments in a company including fraud
Cons: Company does not close at year end

Gained extensive customer service experience

Mtn is a vibrant company,the working ethic encourage one to be the best.The benefits offered makes one feel appreciated.The unfortunate part is working on weekends & public holidays,which limites time spent with family.

Great learning curve

I learnt how to work as team, learnt the importance of time keeping and having a good relationship with co-workers. Respect each and every staff member at mtn. I also learnt how to work independently of which it was an advantage. I learnt how to deal with different challenges.

It was a learning curve

Is the industry where anyone would wish to work in, benefits and incentives. The most challenging part was when they change our agents, we find it more challenging with their strategy which it was not benefits us but most of us tried to fit in for the sake of the company and our reputation

Perfect gaining great service knwledge

Timorously answer all incoming telephone calls. Attend to queries and needs of callers as required within procedures Address problems on a case by case basis Respond and attend to queries and problems in line with set guidelines Escalate unresolved queries timorously

Good experience overal

I have 5 years working experience in telecommunication and strong background of credit vetting as consumer to see and corporate account and have a strong customer service background as well

Excellent

I have worked in the call center environment for a long time. I have good relations with colleagues and it has taught me to work better under pressure And I have learnt to keep calm no matter whats the situation.
