I am outstanding when it comes to my duty
I am good in communication with people, because most of the customers they recommend my service, and I have learned that I must give out excellent service to attract other people and companies, I really enjoy this duty because it keeps me active all the time, and it happened that am still on a crave for something new
Pros: I am active and good in my work
Cons: We making long hours when we have many customers and we about to close the door and we have to manage time, and we even make long hour when we doing a stock taking

i'm young man who learns fast I've achieved a lot in 2007 I had an opportunity to work for VMS company but in 2008 I was promoted to be the field marketer in 2010 I become a team leader for imperial now I work as Sale consultant

Excellent learning experience and growth
Meeting daily targets, customer feedback, prioritising turnaround times, working as a team, making sure clients turnaround times are meet, exclusive VIP client service

To figure out new system and always learning new policies and procedures
A typical work day for me is to complete all task duties and responsibilities building good working relationships and communicating affectively to maintain a good understanding in the working environment i learned how to solve problems quickly and efficiently and to maximize all the resources provided to me to deliver a good quality service to clients.i enjoy working with people meeting new clients building relationship with coworkers enjoy working within a team and on my own aswell .The most challenging aspects of the job is dealing with irate client and to convincing client the issue will get resolve.

Good customer service
Good company dealing with communication, happy to be part of this company but would love to grow and experience the outside world It has been a great journey and a lot has been learned from the day to day dealings with customers on a face to face basis

I come upon your advertisement about job opening. I am interested for the job position, and would like to apply for the same. Currently with MTN customer service (inbound) call center. I have a vast knowledge of more than five years in total, working within the insurance companies in which time I have occupied various positions within the sales department outbound call center. I have done very well in my previous company’s. I have very good knowledge of the changing market scenario, I understand the different strategies used by different companies very well. I am keen to develop my career in your company and I do appreciate that this being a different environment, there are still lots to be learnt and look forward to the learning opportunities and own set of challenges that come along with the role.
