Excellent learning environment
It is a nice environment that gives me a chance to learn new things. The environment is highly pressurised and needs a highly strong person with experience. Relationship building plays a very important role. The working relationship with all my business partnes and colleagues is very strong. What I enjoy the most is the on going projects and challenges within the areas I look after.

nodal admin specialist
Make sure that daily admin is reconciled. Make sure that all deliveries are received and unpacked .floor ready.Give daily feedback on all discrepancies found .Make sure that department hazard counts are done and discrepancies are investigated. Hold morning meetings with staff to motivate and communicate budget. Provide training to staff where needed.I enjoy being a team player and leading as an example. Developing staff in areas of needs and motivating them.I have learnt to treat every individual based of their strengths and weaknesses. The most challenging thing is when the store is not meeting their budgets.My relationship with my co -workers has grown as we have one on one discussions on how to archive our goals.I have grown to to store visits with my regional operations manager .Make sure that my feedback is delivered on time

Excellent Learning Environment with good systems
It is such a nice experience to work in this environment that is challenging and gives the oopportunity to exercise the skills of change management, advising, team work, decision making and problem solving. Practising these skills makes it possible for one to learn and grow many more skills like planning, organising, negotiation and influencing. What is most challenging is that new projects gets introduced regularly and that requires one to work under pressure and completes my day to day tasks and still get to the projects. Managing change is also very challenging and on going in my current role. The role requires me to be a self starter. relationship building is also important and I enjoy all the above. Regards Tebogo

Good way to gaining experience
A person is strictly responsible and accountable for all clients that come in store dat brought back a faulty device. I enjoy meeting new people and the most challenging part is when you have to wake up during weekends n goin to work and spending the whole day there when you are supposed to be spending time with family

Give us less hours
I have learned so much with edcon but they won't give you a position even you have long time and experience there and they giving us less our and I have bills to pay, I enjoy working there ingaging with the customer but it won't help pay my bills and I worked so hard there

I like working with my campany the problem the saraly was not good at all en we have smalk hours per months .and we have lot of working i schedule was no goods atall because we work 8 per week or 20 we have 21 hours per mouth

Great Learnings
Work starts from 7:30am by 8:30 you need to be at work... depending on what you preparing for, line review, laydowns or Monday reporting where you analyse your business, the good the bad pay a lot to detail and finding solutions to findings.

Great experience within marketing
Enjoyed learning about the fashion retail environment, within the trends department for a year - even though we had experienced 2 restructures for the year. I then moved onto a marketing portfolio for growth and learning experiences within a different field. Thoroughly enjoying working within my new team - lots of growth potential
