I am a competitive young lady who is always up 4 a challenge

I enjoyed learning abou t different cultures that were within or outside our work environment , an open area for a young adult to be free and express your feelings also raise concerns. I have learnt to be independent and understand others by putting yourself in their shoes.the most challenging aspect of my job was for example pitching for money to a person who is still grieving their loved ones and more importantly the breadwinner

Pros: I do not enjoy working late shift hours
Cons: I enjoy open and diversity within the working area

Good communication Skill

I love and enjoy working with clients. I'm a good listener and very passionate about learning all the time. I have telephone technique, I'm a loving person and I enjoy working with people. I am not shy and I'm confident.

Multi tasking

I enjoy what i am doing...i like do different tipes of work like multitasking to broad my experiences.I like a challenge...I like helping customers....and i like them to be happy when the left the store....i like to be a to assist myanagers in every way if they let me.. most what is know is about to asked staff that is longer in company..and i always work as per policy

The most challenging its when you have to divide yourself into many pieces in order to fill in the uncover department e.g to receive the stock and serving customers at the point of sale

Customer services

I Enjoyed everything at Edcon, Shifts was ok with me and enjoyed working with everyone. Hours was never a problem for me. the company use to spoil us with gifts on our birthdays.

Excellent place to learn

I enjoyed working with edcon as i was working with different managers and people i learn to respect people and do a given task within a given at given time. The job wss very challenging as i have to adapt to a new manager afer every teo weeks but it was a quite experience. I am people's person because i get alone with co-workers as their were assisting me in my other assignment. Working with edcon was a great experience.

Pros: Great opportunity to grow in cooperate world
Cons: Long working hours even in holidays and weekends

I worked as a receptionist.i received stock.customer services consultant.cashier .i enjoy helping customers selling financial services for market sa.selling contract phones for homemark under the division of afrizon

Good learning curve

Edcon is a good company to work for. They develop their staff its has it own academy. They have lot of incentives for staff motivation. I have never worked for any company before so I cannot compare it with any other company. 2017 October I will be 14 years with edcon.Edcon gave birth to me. I am who I am because of them. With the experience that I have I will do better with any other company. I want a new experience a new challenge.

i easily adapt to working environment and i can work under pressure, am friendly and open to criticism and like making friends i like working as a team and share information

Communication

I enjoy working with my current staff because we all know what team work means, my co-workers are excellent people very had working enthusiastic, i admire them coz they always bring a challenge. I have learned that two heads are always better than when it comes to my team, n i always enjoy been told everyday after a days work "well done team"
