relationship with my co-workers was good because we were working as team and able to solve the challenges together. i have learn that i must be patient when im working with different customers and to understand them. i enjoy working as team and to adapt to a change. assisting a difficult customer

Learn on how to treat a customer
I love my job retail because I like the people aspect of the business. Shopping makes people happy when they find what they like and i believe that it helps me a lot when it comes to customer service and communication skills. Customer service is the care that a customer receives before, during and after a purchase. Good customer service is friendly and polite, and puts the customer first. It is very important in creating loyal customers and is vital in many graduate careers, such as management consultancy and financial services. For example, a retail banking employer might not expect you to have a degree in finance and it leads me to gain more experience.

Exellent learning experience and looking for stability
I am looking for a new job as I've been working for Edson over 4 years now and I've been a casual and been earning the same salary as when I started there's no growth and also I haven't been given the opportunity to be made permanent so I am looking outside of Edson now for a job I've got a kid and this salary is not enough at all for my kid nor I I want to at least be able to provide him with stability as he is a very ill kid and there is heavy medical bills to pay please help me out

Excellent Learning curve. Learned how retailers work
set up meeting with stakeholders, have JAD sessions. Document business requirements. Review documents and get sign off. Map the process if necessary. I work well with my co-workers. I enjoy working with different stakeholders and building my relationships. I have learned about the retail, one thing can be relevant today however down in 6 months it cannot be relevant anymore and changes all the time. Notations on process mapping was a challenge at 1st as I keep doing it over and over I am great at it now over time.
Pros: Culture is the one I love the most about this company
Cons: changes sometimes can give one uncertainties although it is always for the growth and best of the company and our customers

To effectively transfer my knowledge I obtained to the Corporate World.
I'm a hard worker that enjoys working independently and in teams. I don't need any supervision rather I manage my work and also good in creating relationships with the business partner. The most challenging aspect of my job is that you always have to think out of the box and have the ability to adjust yourself to the client 's request.

I am a hard working person, i always wanted to do something new life and grow as a person..
Through out all these years I always had a vision that whatever I want in life I have to get up and work hard. Growing up for me it was a challenge untill I told my parents that I have to stand up for myself thats when I decided to come to the Johannesburg Couse I bealived that once I relocate then I can find better opportunitys and grow as a person..!!

The company is constantly undergoing restructuring, which creates uncertainty in the work place.
I have in excess of 10 years experience in retail from store manager level, regional Admin Manager and Regional Ops Manager. I would be an asset to any company. I check all admin, do training, investigations, coaching of staff. I also check standards in stores, layouts and customer service levels.

I, Lesiba what I have learned in business is to meet sales target motivate staff to show the ability to make customers feel valuable in order for them to stay with our business show them we appreciate their time that they took to spend in our store and make sure we give them what they want to get from us, as we customers need the best from consultant to provide us with what we need , to treat customers as much as we want us to be treated by sales consultant,as management we need to make sure that staff are happy in order for them to drive sales as I know happy staff makes good customer service. Helping a staff by sharing a view of the business help them to leave their problems outside the store by sharing their issues that make them unhappy and encourage them as we are one.

helping everyday customers , working through everyday challenges , making sure everyday's work gets done and at the best of my ability .relationship with my co-workers is great getting along and working together,i have learnt everything needed and more to improve my exprience so much that im able to work in any position in my work place.most challenging aspects is making sure every customer is happy because when they are happy it means they will return .
