Interns if working day we work long hours sometimes no to be paid ,I have a good relationship with my co workers because we understand each other, I have learned a lot like to be accurate time keeping, paying full attention in what you doing . nothing iam enjoying much it's just job as usual

Good learning experience
I work 5 to 8 hours a day 108 per months and I have good relationship with my co-workers. I have learned how important customer service is at our store and edcon always consider their customers more important than anything else. I enjoyed learning new things everyday and delivering a good service to customers. The most challenging thing I have learned is never argue with a customer.

When achieving the best stockloss result in our region
When i was appointed in that store the had a high percentage of stock loss which wsa 5% and i manage to take the percentage down to 0,43 % which was best result ever inbGauteng region.I was so proud of may self in such a way that i even train some other stores how to manage their loss.
Pros: Making sure that the promotions are implemented and achieving the daily budget

Excellent learning curve
Working for e dcon had thought me a lot, I deal with different customers and all they want is for someone to listen and give the attention, Jet is a very busy store so I am able to work under pressure and driving sales and pushing our customer service. I enjoy working with my staff as they bring d best in me they have teach me team work and always be a family. The pressure gets too much if we can not meet our store target but it I enjoy the joys of incentives and the care the company gives the staff when they knock of late they organize transport for them.

Excellent in customer service and sales
Edcon is the company I work for which is huge in retail business that offers us as employees professional training how to handle our customers ,how to work as a team because a business without team work fail ,how to handle issues with costumes and also within workers .we go extra mile when it comes to customers as they enter our business and also when they live they need to live with a smile . The most challenges that we get is when the next person is either an employee or the customers when they don't listen and respect the next person I think that is the defficult part for most businesses where they get affected but if you have been trained you are able to over come anything in life and in business.

MY EXPERIENCE WITH MY CURRENT COMPANY
I do recruitment Supervisor the staff Planning and Organise the day Promotions facilitators Receiving stock Good communication with my Planners whom I do stockrequest too A Visual Machendisor expect Am also playing a big role in Sales (reaching targets) I have learned a lot from my Company gain lots also. The thing that hurts me the most when my staff members were short paid, but I also have a good relationship with my Kronos people. What I like the most when they come and tell me they appreciate my intervention work wise and trainings.

Cons: LONG HOURS WORKING ARE TERRIBLE 18 HOURS AND GOT PAID FOR 8 HOURS IT'S SAD

Excellent learning
Actual i am looking for somthing is going to keep myself busy, because its been a year staying at home. If the company could offer me reasonable salary just for linving i will be glad. I didnt take so long on this opportunity. My concerned is that i am well computer literacy but unemployed. Money is nothing to me but i realy need this opportunity indeed.

Profound knowledge and experience
Edcon is a good company to work for and a normal day at work would include window and promo implementation,floor preparations as well as checking standards of the company has been adhered to.I get along wit everyone I work with and im always will to help and motivate staff. I've learned problem solving skills, coming up with solutions,one of the things that I like the most is being pro active, multitasking and learning a wide range of jobs setting goals and achieving them. The challenging aspect of the job is when one of my team member is not doing welk at something it reflects on us as a team rather than an individual and it also presents a window of opportunity for the missed opportunity.
Pros: Largely invested in multiskills and a wide range of an eye opening experience
