Not inspiring

Not much happening at the office as we are getting lesser each day. I have a very good relationship with my co-workers. I have learnt a lot because most of what I am doing currently is things I have gained as on-the-job-training. I enjoy assisting others and I am currently responsible for our Supply Chain procurement for all, from capturing of Logs, assets verification, procurement of office stationery, office technical assets, etc. The most challenging aspect of the job is when is one of the co-workers leave the work place and their duties are handed over to you but no compensation given.

Corporate working environment

The working environment has been good when it comes to learning new things and applying alot of knowledge in your work practically. I've learnt to meet deadlines and work under pressure I've applied my communication skills and exercise my computer skills. I've leant good team work skills. All the departments I've been at and gained experience from has helped me alot to understand better as I have an idea of what happens withing finance departments which dealing with journals, petty cash, dealing with cases of road accidents find the list goes on, supply chains management, administration and patients administration as I work at a clinic and I learnt to apply Human resources skills and got to experience the practicality of things at the work place I've gotten to understand work academic and discipline. I enjoy the fact that I get to be in a working environment and understand the ins and out whilst gaining experience to assist me in the near future.

Pros: Be in great chances to get a permanent job
Cons: Outdated methods

Currently repairing and maintaining medical equipment in hospitals around the nkangala district .

It's a good company to work in,, but one needs to enhance her knowledge and experience new challenges. Public sector, employees are more conscious about their job since they work with people

Excellent learning skills

I enjoy it at this company. Learning new things everyday but I like new challenges. My relationship with my co workers is very good. The most challenging thing of this job is long working hours.

Excellent learning curve

As SCM manager for such a huge Department my main responsibility was to insure compliance, authorize orders and deal with clients. It was a great working environment with excellent teamwork. I learnt to multitask and work under pressure. Enjoyed to provide the best service to the end users in order to improve service delivery.

I used to assist my team during rotations and teach in-service training staff.

The exciting part is i did the hardest file in the department most failed to do as an in-service traner andand that when my supervisor seen something in me.

Pros: I never allow any of them because i needed to know more about work before i can deal with the staff
Cons: I love to work extra hours because it gives me time to resolve the issues without being disturbed

Experience gained

Check for received invoices of responsible services providers. Would make follow up with suppliers on when is the next payment be made whether by phone or emails. Quality assurance: checking of banking details, duplication of invoices, if invoice amount is correct, reconciliation against suppliers statement is correct. Capturing of received invoices on LOGIS system. Ensure the correct procedures is used. Give responsible supervisor to sign that the document is checked. Give the document to internal audit to again check if the correct procedure was taken before taking it to the payment authorizing supervisor. Would report to my supervisor to the stages of procedure each payment is on, on a daily basis. Would create an excel spreadsheet an age analysis on each payment made for the supervisor. There is a Payment Monitoring Tool which is the recording of all payments, current payable stage of each invoices received I would have to update on a daily basis.

Pros: Job security,
Cons: Lack of responsibly, no challenge, short staffed, systems in use outdated, loosely supervised

Willing to learn new things and also I'm fast learner

I am 25 years old. Study Management Assistant course at Nkangala Tvet colleges. Thn i have contract positions at Nkangala district office department of Health as a EPWP data capture and Administrative clerk from January 2016 till present. During my working experience i am performing the following duties stated on my CV. At the moment i am looking for an opportunities to to enhance my experience and also career growth at the professional level

Working as Team and take responsibility

I complete my N4, N5, N6 at Majuba College I my results are very good and impression, I obtained two distinctions in N4, two distinctions in N5 and one distinction in N6 and I complete National Diploma in Financial Management in 30 November 2016. I am also completed skills End user computer in 30 March 2018 at Africa Learn that covered Microsoft office. Im done with my studies as well as In-service training in Finance department for one year and half experience from 01 June 2015 to 30 November 2016 at Church Of Scotland Hospital. Now am currently doing Internship in Finance department from 1 April 2018 to 31 March 2020 at Pomeroy Community Health Centre.
