Administration course made me get into the world of office work environment

working at polokwane hospital made me realise that office work is exposure to my course as office management and technology which deals with overall office environment in large.my course has ensure good control of office invironment techniques and procedures to be followed in work environmental situation.

Excellent filling ,bursary administration , capturing and report writing

I have learnt how to work with people of different race , and to speak in a professional meaner. Doing filling , capturing month report , seating in disciplinary committee meeting ,email on outlook,

My working environment groomed me for my internship

We are understaffed with me being the only LRO for approximately 4500 employees. we also have limited resources. the environment is not a cooporate environment. we are also limited an opportunity to learn more about dispute resolution processes

Procurement clerk

My work is demanding and very challenging. We get to interact with suppliers and hospital. My co workers are very cooperative. I have learned to work indepently and as a team. I enjoy when I meet my deadline and always going an extra mile. Up to so far there are no challenges.

All these years I have learnt a lot, especially my communication skills ,

very exciting and also challenging. I work with different stakeholders. monitor and screen all visitors /patients coming to see the HOD. I have to deal with different kinds of people with different attitude. i.e. most of the doctors in my department are from foreign countries dealing with different stakeholders from different countries

I like learn new things

I am working as Finance and Supply Chain Intern. My duties is to compile order and invoices for our suppliers and do payment to our suppliers. I be got grade 12 and Financial Management Diploma

Pros: working as a supervisor in our warehouse
Cons: if we did nt finish our job on time we volonteer to work after hours

Excellent learning curve

Working flexible eight hours a day and sometimes extend to nine or ten hours a day. Having a good relationship with my co-workers. I have managed to develop self-confidence and have excellent interpersonal, furthermore identify the capability to handle conflict-management.
