Good practical experience
Working in the public sector is challenging and demanding. High patient volumes and minimal resources to work with. However, seeing your patient getting better when you do the best you can is the reward at the end of the day. It involves a lot of team work and one learns how to foster good relationships with fellow colleagues, including junior staff and senior staff. I enjoy interacting with others and having discussions about what's best for our patients

Please find my application for the mentioned position, currently I am working as a Personal Assistant in department of health, Ngwelezana Hospital since 2007. I am a hard working person and I match the standard and skills required for this position. I am in excellent physical condition with the ability to work for long periods, perform heavy and multi task the job required. I have great hand eye coordination and I’m a fast learner. I have the ability to manage my time wisely and to multi-task. I have the skills to follow verbal and written directions. I am self-motivated and have the ability to work without constant supervision but I can also work well as part of a team.

Great exposure
Theres a great balance between pracricial work exposure in the field and office paper work. Im working as an Environmental Health intern and carry out duties such as collecting water samples for analysis, waste management activities, and regular inspections at food premises... to name a few... in my office we are around 50 stafff... forming part of the BCMM staff... and we all work well together.. i particularly enjoy environmental health waste management at tbe landfill sites.. which we monitor reguarly... and as much as it is a challenge, i enjoy being involved in something that saves or changes our environment for the good.

I have been a dedicated employee in the department.
I have a degree in Industrial Sociology which is the qualification related to the post, as it majors in Labour Law, Industrial Relations and the Human Resource. I have 7 years of working experience in the human resource environment and the detailed duties are attached on the CV for your further information. I am computer literate as I also have computer certificate which I obtained during my study years and I use computer programs every working day. I have vast experience in representation and in analyzing evidence. Several times I have represented my employer in the CCMA. I have won the cases for the employer on arbitrations and I know how the employer operates, which will serve as an advantage should I get the post. .

Gaining experience
Good place to work but the hospital is clean, the staff does no work corperatively, every one is doing their own thing even to know off they dont care what time it is.

Good experience
It's a great exposure of working in such big department, dealing with different queries on daily basis, solving online queries and some telephonically. Assisting in different departments when it's busy. Learning about the institution policies, vision,mission, etc. Working hand in hand with our stakeholders, updating our intranet, find opportunity to retrieve files at outpatient, opening files for new patient's etc there's a lot I learnt in our institution. Working as a team with our colleagues was the best thing to deal with many and face more challenges

N5 for data capturing with University of Pretoria in 2008.
Currently I'm working as Acting information Officer at Sub-district level here at department of Health I'm compiling reports from facilities and I give feedback to the facilities after capturing. I'm receiving and sending faxes_ I'm doing data verification and accuracy at sub-district before sending to next level at District level. My work is it good quality and I've got enough experience working for more than 6 years. I sometimes go extra miles when there is urgent report needed for reporting. Teamwork is my strength and enjoys doing(work) what I like motivates to excel.

Excellent
Educating environment as challenging . Long working hours . Good relation with the Staff and good communication skills displayed evrytime . Excellent patient care all the Time putting patient life first . Including them In decision making according to Batho Pele guidlines. Patients right always explained to patients making sure that their health is being handled with privacy all the Time . Good staff development taking place where the gaps are identified for the Staff.

Excellent
Enjoyable days at work my worker give work bride all of us we are hard workers. I learn to be focus at work and do work in very clean way. I enjoy my work by checking all records at work. challenging that have faced is to work many thing at the same time
