I am a hard worker and im prepared for more challenges

We collect a revenue everyday and we captured medical aids and road accident fund, do follow up to all outstanding debts, do basic calculations, do reconciliation of payment, budget and cost centre accounting functions, prepare vouchers, advices and pro-forma for the payment of purveyance and calculate cost per unit & prepare basic information for decision making. AND my other experience knowledge administrative regard to appointments, promotion, translation in rank, transfers, service termination, capturing leave, housing, garnishee order and salary administration

Excellent on the job training.

A very big busy department which deals with clinicians and administrators. Very rural in th Eastern Cape and scattered. As a Labour Relations Manager I have managed to establish good working and employee relations with colleagues across the entire district. I've learnt so much in terms of dispute handling, representing the department at CCMA, discipline management and grievance management. Challenge is the lack of resources. Serving the entire district has harnessed my management skills, leadership skills, confidentiality, honesty, adherence to policies.

Pros: Excellent on th job training and exposure to management of employees.
Cons: Lack of resources for service delivery.

Positive working environment

I love working with people as a result I do not want anyone to be unhappy in my presence. If I have a problem with a person I prefer to sort it out right away but privately. I believe that a healthy atmosphere in a workplace results in positive and productive results. Given a tough client being calm is the best remedy, and I love a job that challenges me which gives me a chance to think

Dedicated, determined and want to learn new things.

building the relationship with stakeholders, communicating with suppliers through email everyday, work very well with/in a group(like group work ), improvement in verbal communication, and enjoy when queries. the availability of the job is one of my challenge because you need to be available for receiving stock. the writing of annexure for every invoice is also a challenges as deliveries are many per day.

I'm currently busy with my Learner Post Basic Pharmacist Assistant from Health Science Academy. I understand about the receiving stock, expired stock, sop, code of good pharmaceutical, packing of stock, the temperature for storing stock in the right place, stock take and more things regarding the pharmacy.

Cons: apply my weakeness to gain more strength
