My relationship with my co-workers is well improved since I am a good listener and working well in a group or team. I learnt that it is important to perform my best because this create a well relationship between co-owners . I enjoy working in a well friendly office where I can showcase myself as a new person who is entering this industry.

Computer skills
Am young optimistic hard working guy. Am a very fast learner whiling to explore my profession at all corners. I love new challenge's in my life. Ready to relocate to any place a get a good offer. Am a team worker I have good communication skills I can manage well underpersure

I can always work under pressure I have learnt to work with group's of people The most challenging thing is when users lie about something while you trying to resolve that specific case

Cons: I only able to speak, read and write only two official languages which is English and IsiZulu

To be independent
I learn lot of things in the company that I was working in, to work under pressure, even though there is a workload I manage to work. To be humble to my patients, doing paper work, manage critical patients alone and take care for my patients. I learnt how to face challenges that comes through while I am at work.

Excellent learning curve
I learned more Acts. Iast date for payments of overtimes and stand- by. I enjoyed the moment whereby my mentor put me on the system to capture leaves etc.I like team work. Working at the department of health is exciting and never to be forgotten.
Pros: Opportunities for growth
Cons: No persal training for interns.

Well experienced and willing to learn new things
Advertising, selection and recruitment. Worked as a team especially in projects such as verifications of qualifications etc. I've learned that I should prioritize my work and treat client well and apply the Batho Lele Principle. The area which I really enjoyed was the consultation with clients and attending to all kinds of related queries. The most challenging aspects in my job was submission of monthly/ quarterly reports, this was caused by late and non submission from the institutions and other managers and I ended up making efforts by going extra miles , travelling in order to get them
Pros: I can manage to run the section by myself since I I'm well trained and I've acquired more skills including leadership and management skills.
Cons: Due to the large size of the Department, I was expected to work overtime at some stage in order to meet the deadlines.

I am gaining my experience in Data management and IT Technician
I am familiar in working long hours I have learnt the fundamentals of Desktop support and Data management I enjoyed most working with my colleagues (working as a team) The challenges that when the users lie about the case which needs to be solved
