I have a good relationship with my fellow worker. in the absence of operational manager I took the responsibility and perform opa rational manager duties. the matrons always delegate me to attend most of workshop to impower me.

I WORK IN A GOOD ENVIROMENT WEE WE WORK AS A TEAM WORK.WE ARE 21 PEER EDUCATORS BU THE WAY WE WORK IS EXTREMELY AMAZING IN THE FIELD OF WORK. THE RELATIONSHIP OF TEAM WORK IS SO GOOD, WE SHARE EVERY WORK BECAUSE WE ARE A TEAM. Working very hard

I am l willing to learn.
I am an ETDP practitioner Have been working for skills development and I have extensive experience working with people, developing and enhancing when with skills through Training Needs Analysis and Skills Audits. I have learnt that working hand in hand with SETA's by submitting WSP's and ATR's on time can give a good record leading to get more learner ship, bursaries which will enhance more incumbents thus raising the bar of the organisation. I enjoy doing career guidance and enriching personnel with skills and developing their qualifications.

Good communication
I am a hardworking and self-motivated person who is very patient and open hearted. I am computer literate and I am an Expert in computer software and Hardware Troubleshooting. I always find it very easy to work in a team or as an individual. I often find that communication as well as patience/ tolerance are two of the most crucial tools in every working environment. I have deep passion for IT related activities hence I have experience in IT Support Technician. One of many activities I enjoy under IT is to monitor the Network as well as giving the clients Support in the IT products and also e-mail configuration and Knowledge of TCP/IP and CISCO basics. Knowledge of Vista/Windows 7, 8 and also good understands of windows Server 2003, 2008 and 2012.

Opportunity

Improved my capability in IT especially System Development
I am an IT National Diploma Graduate assertive person with passion. One of the things I've seen System Analysts professionals, System Administration and Software Developer knows in order to succeed in producing exception well analysis and software must be committed in learning and adapting to new technological advancements to stay competent so I’m keen in adapting on new methodologies and technologies. My typical work day meet clients and acquire requirement for the system development. Brainstorm findings after that I structure the database it should look like. I work on the project coding trying to meet clients requirements My relationship with co-workers is good I have learnt to manage pressure in as much how much can be piled I enjoy when presenting the system to the user and acquire more requirements The most challenging aspects of this job is work load making sure deadline are met

Excellent working conditions and minimum workload
I started working for the Department of Health as a contract worker on the 01 August 2016 and currently working for the institution. I therefore feel that my skills, experience and abilities will be a benefit to your company. I am a self motivated individual that is committed to succeeding and is willing to learn, with an ability to work in a team and independently with minimal supervision and can handle administrative matters professionally. Procurement, expenditure, debtors and credit control and working with banking online and reconciliations I have gained from working as an intern for Chris Hani District Municipality serve as basis that I can handle working in a pressured environment.
