I like to start project and finished the same day if maybe i have some challenges to complete i work extra hours in order to have final product. I can work independently but having good relations with some employees and engage them where i need assistance or where they need me to help. The experience i have in Human Resource makes me to be more confident to solve the problems.

Pros: It will depend on the service i provide to the company whether i meat the standard of the company or not.
Cons: I am prepared to work overtime when there is a need for it.

Eager to learn

I learn everyday new things and i get to know what kind of people we deal with and i know how to handle the pressure, they so welcoming and they make sure that you understand your work and if you need any help they are willing to show you what to do and also they have a good leadership and respect

I want to see my self as a manager growing and giving back to the company

I was working for Deparment of Education for 15years, I was the best in computer, good in everything and multitasking always chosen by the Department to go for workshops and training and implement, I was proud of myself to be recognised by the staff, parents and learners acknowledge me, I love my job and was working with a happy face everyday, I have learned that people will never be the same , personality doesn't changed, respect young and old, don't underestimate anyone,don't be rude to people. The most challenging moment is when I have to capture all the learners marks for them to get the reports as I was the only admin trained for the Programme called SAMS. Counting every item of the school from books which was LTSM material to equipment which was assets and make sure that you capture and educators sign. It was not easy but I made it from Jan 2009 to September 2015.

Pros: I want to see myself as a manager

I am sa

I am an educator teaching mathematics and physical science from grade8-12. My core duties is to teach and give leaners informal tasks and mark the scripts and report back to learners and also to my supervisor. I'm working with colleagues in a harmonious manner and respectable, where sometimes we form team work. As an educator learning happens everyday where I am managing my classroom and my subjects. I always learn new ways of delivering the content to the learners. I enjoy doing physical sciences with learners and practical work in the laboratory. Most of the challenge is overcrowding in the classrooms and when learners are not doing their work thoroughly

Pros: Growing in communication and interaction with parents,colleagues, learners and the community
Cons: Lot of extra classes on the weekends

Quick learner and self-motivated

working full-time job as an IT technician Supporter,quick learner, knowledgeable and friendly,a methodical and structured approach to problem solving.i have learned so many things,about how to work under a lot of pressure,how to manage conflict at work place. i'm enjoying being around different cultures /people and learning new things related to my job. truly speaking i have no challenges concerning to my job ,for now on i am looking for a new and challenging IT related position,one which will make best use of my existing skills and experience and also further my personal and professional development.

Data capturing, installation of switches,troubleshooting

I can dissemble and assembly a computer, install windows OS, install & configure,troubleshooting and maintain hardware & software. Install antivirus, I can terminate cable(RJ45 cat5 cat5e)

I am hard working and have strong written verbal skills. I have the ability to work under pressure and dedicated to my work. I possess excellent analytical and problem solving skills. I have 2years experience in call centre , am self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as a team player and will definitely be an asset to any company willing to employ me.

Experience

Good experience with nice challenges and a lot of diversity. It is a nice learning curve with however limited opportunities for growth. There are days you wish you can kill someone and there are days you all a happy family. Sometimes you you don't want to wake up but the thought of the kids does wake you up.
