I studied Human Resorce Management at Esayidi TVET College and now I'm currently busy with In-service Training for the period of 18 months so that I can obtain my National Diploma. The purpose of In-service Training is to aquire experience in order to qualify for any advertised Position related to what you have studied. Human Resorce Section is the powerhouse or it is the spinal cord of any Organisation/Company. I enjoy working in this section because everything that involves workers/labours is finalised in this section. I like working with people because even if I'm recruited as a Receptionist or Administrator, I would still enjoy that job because I have Communication, Interpersonal, Organisational & Problem Solving Skills. Thank You.

Good in team working
I am a hard work and good at what I does always ;a happy person who doesn't like to wotlrk with people who are lazy in their work but I need people who are strongly and have a potential view.

Good business culture
My daily work basis is to make sure that users are working fine technically, i find it very nice working with users like them because they are so friendly even though there is those who are a bit rough but i try my level best to interact with them that is some of the experience that i'm getting, a lot i am learning although i also get challenges like when in have to train the teachers a new application that have just been introduced.

Gaining excellent experience
It is a great opportunity to work for the Department of Education, as I have learnt a lot for example: have learn how to deal with clients ( customer service), answering the office telephone and taking messages for other officials, doing general administration duties. I have a very good relationship with co-workers, we even sometimes work as a team for example when sorting and receiving applications from applicants. I enjoy assisting clients at the helpdesk, but to be honest I do enjoy all the tasks done at the HR office.

Very ambitious
I'm a hard worker whose goal driven,not afraid of change and challenges. I have good communication and administration and perfect interpersonal skills. I am motivated at all times and i'm ready for this challenge.

Cons: Older employees are dimotivated,they need some motivational speakers from time to time to remind them of the value they add.

Supply chain management- procument
Am placed at procument, A typical working day - we receive the spec I send it out to 3 service providers in turn the services providers sent us the quotations the cheapest one is appoved. Am having a good time with my co-workers I have to say we have our down days also. I have learnt a great-deal here how to work under pressure, discipline. the most challenging aspect is the fact that we receive specifications late than we have to work under pressure and that causes us to put pressure on the service provider

Excellent
In IT support i learned many task how to istalled different Software installation and support, hardware installation and support, e-mail configuration and support, scheduled server maintenance, general first and second level desktop support, backup of user data, problem resolution, user education, LAN configuration and maintenance. Provide network connectivity and technical support to minimise disruptions to service delivery. Assess hardware requirements and upgrade based on client requirements. Provide technical advice and support. Testing of backups. Trouble shooting, ensure antivirus management and support, system recovery. Configuration management, file and print server management I enjoyed to communicate with Different client

Hard working person
I am a BSc Computer science - Electronics graduate currently. I have good scientific thinking, problem solving skills. I am self-motivated, self taught HTML and PHP programming languages, very creative and have good communication skills, and able to work in team. I am able to work under pressure with or without constant supervision. I have good time management and meeting deadlines, prior successfully done project or assignment. I have been trying to pursue my career on relevant work in my current job but its not enough as i am a person with interest in the word of programming. I hope i will get this oppotunity to prove my skills and also meet the company's requirements.

Well excellent learning
i enjoy working here at department of education, my manager always help me a lot if there is something i don't understand he make it a point that i got it right, so far what i learnt here is to helping others people and being friendly, and enjoy during launch where share everything with my co-workers, the most challenging part is where sometimes you don't balance the accounts.

Very functional organisation
normal working day is 8 hours we having a good and healthy relationship with co-workers Ive learned to participate in group work I enjoy doing my work the most challenging thing is when doing work then others get jealous
