Good Communication skills (verbal and non-verbal)

Reporting day to day and month end is what really makes things go according to the plan. Working with different people having different qualifications and ideas thought me to respect other people's opinion and be able to solve conflict. The enjoyment comes when everything goes according to the plan and all the deadline have been reached. Time management is what brings all the enjoyment. It is always good to cover all the task on time so that the will be no confusion. It is always challenging when the is a member who is not attending due to personal issues like study leaves. It is all about commitment of the team work pointing members who will cover the tasks for the person on the leave.

Pros: The are highly chances of promotion to members who are realy commited their selves to the department
Cons: Short easter holidays

Excellent to speak English

Excellent learning curve

I'm a person that work under pressure I'm a person that like team work I'm a person who is not shy to ask I'm a person who always strive for excellence I'm a person who knows and have learned different ways of communication I'm a person who respect others I'm also looking for the job I'm also have a Certificate in Leadership Management and also has a Bachelor Degree in Economics and Management

Overwhelming amount of work

At first it was interesting to learn the different systems used for government finance,but now the work is mandane. The environment is not conducive for growth in terms of my career. Management style is too relaxed.

Pros: Learning how Government Finance

Excellent working office space

I was an intern at department of education I wanted to work more as an intern as the were no post during my periods to apply as now I'm pushing hard to get a job.

Pros: great apportunity to have a work experience

Gained great experience and great learning environment

A typical work day is facing and dealing with the disadvantaged children from an uneducated community. some days are hard and emotional as you get to see and hear what some children have to go through at the different house holds. we have a strong bond with my co workers as sometimes we have to rely on each other for support or when counselling a child.

Pros: Job security
Cons: when you are not inform of any new programs or developments that take place

Learn very fast

I am Ramugondo Avhasei Jane.I am a Technician support for Smartboard at School for 1year 4 months now,The duties are include Smardboard Technician and sending weekly report in GDE on every Thursday,assisting learner to aquare and adequate the tablets e.g Checking the content on the tablets,checking the wrong e-books on the tablets,report the stolen tablet in GDE ,Retrieve the tablets .attending meeting in GDE

Pros: I am willing to get this position

Good learning curve

Working at department of education was a great opportunity for me, because I learned so many such how to behave at work, how to respect your work and as a team. I really enjoyed working there because my relationship with colleagues was good and that makes work easier.

Excellent learning curve,I always listen to my supervisors and taking orders from them.

I'm working on busy sub-directorate(Public Ordinary School),so I always work Hard.I learned a lot in my company,I learned how to deal with client,How to deal with an angry client.I leaned to apply the Batho Pele-to put people first,I also learned how to apply your skills on working environment. What I like the most is that our supervisors they exposed us on everything regarding office work.My relationship with my co-workers is good because we all work hard in a presence or in absence of our supervisor.We work as a good team.I work hard as individually.
