A TYPICAL WORK DAY Admin assistance, data capture, filing, compiled HR FORMS, Attending on queries , RELATIONSHIP WITH CO- WORKERS Good, Moral and Motivated, We share work load and helping each other, I have learned how to react when I faced a difficult customer, How to manage my stress level at work, how to prioritise my work and to have good attitude with clients I enjoy being with people especially employees of this department, they share their experiences. Working and serving Public is the most enjoyable job. CHALLENGES It is the busy department, you have to focus all the time .
Pros: we are dealing with schools and school staff, we recruit , interviw, appoint, terminate contracts, housing allowance, fringe benefits.
Cons: we started to work at 7:30 till 4:00 there are some overtime but not all sections ,ussualy its HRP and exam section

Quick learner and self-motivated
working full-time job as an IT technician Supporter,quick learner, knowledgeable and friendly,a methodical and structured approach to problem solving.i have learned so many things,about how to work under a lot of pressure,how to manage conflict at work place. i'm enjoying being around different cultures /people and learning new things related to my job. truly speaking i have no challenges concerning to my job ,for now on i am looking for a new and challenging IT related position,one which will make best use of my existing skills and experience and also further my personal and professional development.

Human Resource Management
I studied Human Resorce Management at Esayidi TVET College and now I'm currently busy with In-service Training for the period of 18 months so that I can obtain my National Diploma. The purpose of In-service Training is to aquire experience in order to qualify for any advertised Position related to what you have studied. Human Resorce Section is the powerhouse or it is the spinal cord of any Organisation/Company. I enjoy working in this section because everything that involves workers/labours is finalised in this section. I like working with people because even if I'm recruited as a Receptionist or Administrator, I would still enjoy that job because I have Communication, Interpersonal, Organisational & Problem Solving Skills. Thank You.

Excellent experience
I have learnt how to communicate with people and also learnt to work under pressure..I enjoy talking and helping people. The most challenging part about this job is people wanting the same thing at the same time meaning my colleagues because I was the only receptionist bt as time goes on I learn to manage everything.

I am enjoying the leadership or mentorship role.
I am happy since I am giving back my knowledge to the community that raise me. The good thing is that I am gaining vital skills which are necessary for my career. I am been tasted even train at the same time. Most of the skills I am aquiring is the leadership skills, mentorship, leading by example, dealing with regular deadline, managing stress effective, the ability to get up regardless of the negatives circumstances, presentation skills, preparations, etc.

The best learning curve it improved my working skills
The job helped me improve my communications skills, like working under pressure, over time and managing my time management. It helped me focus more when it comes more capturing data accuratly at all times
Pros: I enjoy capturing information and I would love to improve the company by going an extra mile all the time and working extra hours so that the company can range there goal
Cons: I dont mind working extra hours because I don't have kids ND I enjoy capturing data and I'm always focused when it comes to work and business

Data capturing, installation of switches,troubleshooting
I can dissemble and assembly a computer, install windows OS, install & configure,troubleshooting and maintain hardware & software. Install antivirus, I can terminate cable(RJ45 cat5 cat5e)

I once win an award for best capturer of the month
I was checking work accuracy, committed to meeting quality standard, able to work comfortable under pressure, initiative and strict sense of confidentially, strong administration skills, and excellent interpersonal skills. what was challenging was that you have to work with time because we were having an dead line. so I learner that you have be farst and accurate so that you can reach the dead line.

Ict
On my typical working day I started taking phone calls ,Checking incoming emails and write weekly reports ,photocopying, scanning, faxing ,laminating of documents, troubleshooting of leaner tablets and teacher laptops also orientating and calibrating of the smart boards, checking of e -content and auditing the smartboards. I am Person who enjoy group work I have learned to work fast working with excel word access I enjoy it the most challenging of job is when permanent marker used in white board does not removed on white board while teacher want write on because is an ICT INTERN duty clean the white board and smartboards but I try to find some strong liquid to remove it
