Excellent working office space
I was an intern at department of education I wanted to work more as an intern as the were no post during my periods to apply as now I'm pushing hard to get a job.
Pros: great apportunity to have a work experience

Excellent learning
Am working very good with my colleques,we have good working relationship.so far I have learned so many eg:• PAYROLL • TIME SHEET • DATA CAPTURING • UPDATING LEAVES • FILLING AND SORTING OF DOCUMENTS • ANSWERING CALLS AND TRANSFERING ( RECEPTION) • PRINTING OF PAYSLIPS • GENERAL ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT • ORGANISING • UPDATING OF COMPANY POLICIES • RECRUITMENT What I enjoy the most is where I completed my work on time

Highly Standardised
I have had leanerd a lot because I was one of the Examiner's for trial exams, Provincial Moderator and Marker for Mathematics it was real an amazing and most of the highest experience I have gained in my life

Monday to Friday willing to work the whole week Excellent communicator Work smart pays off and using laptop was the best working experience Teaching educator to use laptop at work place buying their laptop Acting principal to a new school

Excellent learning curve,I always listen to my supervisors and taking orders from them.
I'm working on busy sub-directorate(Public Ordinary School),so I always work Hard.I learned a lot in my company,I learned how to deal with client,How to deal with an angry client.I leaned to apply the Batho Pele-to put people first,I also learned how to apply your skills on working environment. What I like the most is that our supervisors they exposed us on everything regarding office work.My relationship with my co-workers is good because we all work hard in a presence or in absence of our supervisor.We work as a good team.I work hard as individually.

Expirience
I have good relationship with my co-workers,helping each other and what i enjoy most is to help clients who need help when they want information about the processes that we doing here,the most challenging aspects of the job is when you have to repeat one thing in some one and he / she doesnt ask you what to do if someone doesnt understand

Good learning
Am working very good with my colleques , we had a good relationship. so far i have learned so many .eg data capturing, updating leaves,payroll,filling,pearsal, working on time sheet etc. What i enjoy the most is when i work on the computer. the most challenging on the job is when i work on ESSP documents

Excellent learning curve
I work well with people and I love facing challenges n overcoming them is what makes it worth it. I've learnt to work with different people an respect people's views n cultures.
Pros: It a good learning curve and great opportunity to work under the department of education. You learn the importance of education as a young person.

Most fullfilling job
Working as a teacher is both rewarding and challenging. Working with learners, helping them reach their full potential was a dream come true, being there for them, not just as a teacher, but a listener, a confidant, and a comforter was fulfilling. The biggest challenge I faced was working with sometimes, lazy colleagues, who did not attend classes, Negative attitudes from colleagues with years of experience, and sometimes being turned into a laughing stock of the Staff room for always trying to do good. Sometimes the challenges came from learners with an attitude, leaners with serious issues at home. However, because I worked with what I love, which is numbers, it was wonderful, and I still want to teach for many more years to come, Accounting, that is.

Motivation
I am Bongani Zulu I reside at Nondweni township I was an temporary educator teaching Mathematics and Physical Science in rural areas I am hardworking person dedicated to do abilities even under pressure. I came from the family of eight children being supported by my mother from the pension grant of illness I can not persue my dream of going to tertiary institution to futher my education level and my interest of loving Mathematics and Physical Science.
