Excellent learning curve
I I work in service environment where I service policy holders and Financial advisors alike,. I make amendments ( Changes ) to policies and retain cancellation,. Informed clients on how to best align their financial objectives with company offered solutions,. Keep abreast with changes in the environment - Escalate any concerns or issues to managers ,. Liase with departmental heads to get common ground in order to deliver exceptional service.

A sea of excellence
Having successfully implemented various projects within the Tech Portfolio as well as the new Absa Investor Services ? I o versee and manage the transition and integration of the Custody & Trustee and Derivatives business from an international bank into Absa’s IT function from a Tech perspective. Integration of work streams to assess, Implement “best practice” of integrating Core Systems, internal systems including external vendor systems. Also bringing in old legacy systems across to Absa. ? Learning curve
I deal with clients everyday, it has taught me the importance of how to handle a situation when a client is irrate and constantly be aware what most people forget. A client enables a company to exist, so one has to always know how to handle a situation and what to do. I'm a team player and can work independently, I get along with everyone and respecting every individual despite of who they are. For I too would want to be respected. When mutual respect is present, it's easy to develop a good working environment, where friendships can be made. I enjoy actually getting a solution to problems, I'm result orientated, you learn more and develop yourself.

i have learner to respect people ,i have a good relationships with my colleges, the most challenging aspect of the job is when we do investigation on an account that was terminated ,we having fun as team by going out .where i do not understand i ask questions
