Excellent learning curve

Great exposure to the Financial Advisers and Product Providers
Attend to work related emails and sort which need to be done urgently and which are important. I list all duties that need to be taken care of urgently and then importantly. I discuss any uncertainties I may have with my colleagues or line manager when required. My colleagues and I have a professional relationship and work well together. I have learnt to work on the Commissions System and had more exposure to the financial industry in a different segment. I enjoy to know and understand how things work from the time clients walk into a bank branch, deal with the financial adviser and then how we fit in and ensure that the product providers and financial advisers work together in doing business. Working with advisers who refuse to understand the processes and how things work and are insistent in their way of working - then helping them to understand by providing evidence and proof to understand why and how things are done.
Pros: Working with the financial advisers and ensuring that their queries are dealt with efficiently and timeously.
Cons: No Opportunity for promotion or growth.

Ambitious
I personally believe that my experiences make me a strong candidate for this opportunity because I am a problem solver, team player and I am a professional. Therefore, these experiences over the years have prepared me for this opportunity. Other skills that I will use in this career is fast learning, strong leadership skills and being well organized. I enjoy serving people
I ensure that all new joiners are captured before payroll cut off, ensuring that documents that are submitted are correct. I've got a great relationship with all the people I work with and it goes above that as I always reach out to people in other departments. I have learned that hardwork beats talent, I've also learned how to read payslips calculate Tax on salaries. Interaction with co-workers is what i enjoy and serving people. Most challenging part is remaining in SLA.

The Most Challenging and Interesting aspect of my Job
To always be versatile and active as we work on a lot of different Projects. To always be available to help your Clients when they call. Always have the willingness to be responsive to your clients

I love working for Absa but i would love to be part of the business on a permanent basis
-I love doing my daily job and i make sure i'm noble at doing it -The relationship i have with my colleagues it's open and solid -I have learned a lot through my learnership and Internship at Absa, i have equiped so many skills and i'm still growing within the sector i'm in -I enjoy learning something new and exploring on handling problems -Challenges would be making sure a client is always happy (which sometimes it's difficult) but as the face compliance of the company i have to make sure clients are happy.
Pros: enhancing your career profile, growing in a business world as an indvisual and being exposed to new opportunities.
Cons: Not being given the right credit for a well done job, permanent post issues

Learning curve
A typical working day would be assisting customers with queries,replacing cards and doing Fica. Me n my colleagues work well together to make our customers happy.what I enjoy the most about my job is customer satisfaction, the challenges we face is dealing with difficult customers n sometimes not getting any support from management and not being appreciated.
