i currently don't work but the working there was nothing but of great pleasure. the person i worked under was understanding and helped were help was needed. on day to day basis i would lock in at 8 and answer calls from different clients and help with their different needs as i was a customer service client, i enjoyed working with co-workers as i'm a peoples person, i learned a lot about being patient as i didn't have that in me and most of all the really loved helping the different clients that called in on a daily basis.

Excellent admin skills
I have learnt how to interact with my peers and customers and how to dress professionally at times , being reliable ,handling and dealing with clients,upskilling and sharing the knowledge with others,time management,time sheet,mintue taking , answering switchboard calls,telephone ettiquette, Greeting and Meeting clients in a polite manner,Diaries updates and appoinments. Time -sheet updates ,ordering stationery for my department, being inciative at all times. What I have enjoyed most is having Social -club breakfast once a month with my co-workers. The most challenging aspects of job is that you always working under-pressure.

I have been working as an independent consultant since leaving ABSA for the past 18 months.
I have been busy with the business case for the refurbishment of the head office for Liberty Life in Braamfontein. This is done through a full team of consultants that i am managing and and the client side team. Within this work there are enabling projects within the building that need to be implemented to ready the building for the total refurbishment and we are currently implementing those projects (construction projects and change management projects).
Pros: I am am independent
Cons: The are long working hours and because its a live site a lot of the construction work has to be done after hours.

Before you earn, you work
A day wasted is money lost , big company and competition amongst colleagues is too high let alone our company's competitors. It was a great opportunity for me.

Online trainer
I have learnt to work with various people. my job was to train corporate clients on using a Banking payment system, which was very challenging and exciting. I learnt how to navigate various computers as clients used different ones. Using different accounting packages by exporting payments out of it and importing it, into the banking system. traveling to different locations for on site training, Capturing my teams stats at the end of the day for accurate client reports. Assisting my colleagues and manager when they needed assistance. I am a confident bubbly person and enjoy different challenges I face in life.
