It developed me to have passion in fraud investigation
the work is lot on daily basis as clients do internet transactions every day i have good relationship with all workers from management to operation level i have learn to work independently without supervision , i also learnt leadership skills i enjoy analyzing transactions to look for fraudulent ones and be able to detect fraud quickly most challenging thing is speaking to irate clients that just lost money and trying to comfort them and tell bad news that they lost their money

I have learned a lot about different people and different things
Every day is a different challenge we meet new people on a daily basis which we have to help and understand their banking needs and solution them as best as possible. We get bonus or rather incentives depending on how well the branch has performed,we have daily sales targets that we must reach every department has its own targets. My typical day would be meeting a client greeting and assisting with a transaction that a client requires at that time count money from or for the client and ask what else i can help with the its farewell then another client same thing. My colleagues are such good people of course everyone has their off days but its not all bad ,we have a good working relationship i always try to get along with everyone and avoid any conflicts because it will affect my work. Working here has been such a great experience i have grown so much personally and work wise i learned so many things even about myself.
Pros: We get trained to deliver nothing but excellence to our customers
Cons: we don't get paid overtime during the week and we always leave after hours during month end

I consider myself to be loyal, honest and a trustworthy employee and place a high output on my work. I have a good organization skills and work well under pressure. I am a team player with the ability to communicate verbally with the main objective being customer care and service. I have a real talent for dealing with people and always eager and willing to learn. Taking initiative when faced with different challenges. My responsibilities at work
i work 5 days a week and saturday is optional. my role is a floor manager is to make sure that every client is following the right que and they leave the branch a happy client. i relate with my collegues in proffessionally in both business and personally. we learn from one another. i have learned that i need to respect clients as well as my collegues, do everything with intergrity, service the client with the best of my ability, excell in everything that i do and display leadership at all times and go an extra mile. i enjoy working with people as you learn from them and they also learn from you. you learn new things everyday of your life. the most challenging part of my job is to see the client quiry not being sorted out ASAP because it was reffered to the third party for resolution.

Online trainer
I have learnt to work with various people. my job was to train corporate clients on using a Banking payment system, which was very challenging and exciting. I learnt how to navigate various computers as clients used different ones. Using different accounting packages by exporting payments out of it and importing it, into the banking system. traveling to different locations for on site training, Capturing my teams stats at the end of the day for accurate client reports. Assisting my colleagues and manager when they needed assistance. I am a confident bubbly person and enjoy different challenges I face in life.

Great Corporate Culture
I work in a structured environment. I love working with my team, everyday is a learning experience for me. The most challenging aspects of the role is the extensive traveling and the long hours on the road.

Good company to work in terms of perks however the growth is limited and i did learn alot working here how to be an effective manager and drive sales and productivity in a positive way. great communiation with my co workers and true and constructive feedback could be given to me and I give to others to learn and grow better.

I am currently working as telesales consultant at credit clear company
I have all experience and qualities to deliver at all times very eager to learn,always ask if I don't understand, team players and educate each other, I am always do follow ups with my existing clients in order to get how is the service and get referrals
