Completed NQF5 and NQF6 in progress
My name is Lorna I am 30 years of age. I have been with my current company for over 11 years. And I am striving to work towards my self-development. I have enable a lot of experience within my current organisation and it is still helping me to achieve and develop myself. I have completed my NQF5 and busy with my NQF6 and I am not going to stop there I would like to take my studies further as well. I have grown in my organisation and would really like to take my expertise and use them in another organisation. I like challenges and learning I feel growing is part of an achievement in a sense that one should not stop to want to succeed and come out tops . I am a hard working person and always still willing to learn.

I work from 8h00 to 16h30 in the afternoon . I get along very well with my colleagues as I like to help where I can. I learnt how to be disciplined about your financies. I enjoy seeing my clients growing in terms of handling their finances. The most challenging expect is to try to reach your annual targets in this tough economic period .

Overall 6+ years of work experience as a Software Engineer. Having Experience on INFORMATICA and SAP BI/BW TOOL I am conversant with ETL Tools like Informatica, SSIS (MS Sql, TERADATA), Business Intelligence, Business Ware House and SAP, specialized in Job scheduling and scripting. Actively involved in the data modeling, design, development, testing phase and Production deployment of these projects.

A day at work
A typical work day entails identifying accounts for termination, assisting clients with termination related disputes, exiting accounts that do not adhere to payment arrangements with the bank either as per the final acceptance or court order in place and ensuring that target is reached on the number required and by means of maintaining a certain percentage as per the quality assessment. The job requires that you work well individually and with members of the team. Throughout the day the team helps each other on how to approach disputes in order to adhere to the required regulations and protocal eg NCA and Treating Customers Fairly

Online trainer
I have learnt to work with various people. my job was to train corporate clients on using a Banking payment system, which was very challenging and exciting. I learnt how to navigate various computers as clients used different ones. Using different accounting packages by exporting payments out of it and importing it, into the banking system. traveling to different locations for on site training, Capturing my teams stats at the end of the day for accurate client reports. Assisting my colleagues and manager when they needed assistance. I am a confident bubbly person and enjoy different challenges I face in life.

Excellent learning curve
Our days are mostly busy, specially on month end our batch gets very busy i am very friendly person, getting along with everyone i have learnt a lot of soft skills same as technical skills I enjoy coding a lot adjusting to agile is still a problem to us

I have been working for a Financial Adviser for 10 years. I have experience in making appointments, managing his diary, face to face interaction with clients. I was the first person the clients meet in the office, Dealing with queries from clients and also Insurance and Investment Houses. Ordering stationary, and had 4 staff working under me. My strongest asset is that I am always willing to learn more about a product or a organization. I am neat and well spoken and always have the organization or clients best interest at heart. I am loyal and honesty is a very important character to have.
