Very busy anddriven by meeting targets. very good relationship with co workers. I have developed myself into a young manager with great people expereince. I enjoyed so much but most of all moving from department to assist with any people issues encountrered.

Credit analyst for 15 years. My qualifications are as follows CAIB (SA). Bcomm (banking). Honors in financial management. I have worked with individual accounts. Small business, medium business and large business. I have worked with different industry such as agri, retail, automotive, public sector, construction abd etc. I had mandate to grant or decline loan application.

Always ready for a new challange. The ability to learn new things is a bonus for me.
Greetings in the morning and then the daily work starts. Find out if every body is ready and able to give their best for the day. Sorting out what every teller needs and make sure they get what they need as well as help out were help is needed. Relationship with co-workers is great and we respect each other that makes the work load easier as well as every body works together better and help each other. I enjoy helping every body as well as learning more. The most challenging is balancing everyday but you get so use to is after a while.

A day at work
A typical work day entails identifying accounts for termination, assisting clients with termination related disputes, exiting accounts that do not adhere to payment arrangements with the bank either as per the final acceptance or court order in place and ensuring that target is reached on the number required and by means of maintaining a certain percentage as per the quality assessment. The job requires that you work well individually and with members of the team. Throughout the day the team helps each other on how to approach disputes in order to adhere to the required regulations and protocal eg NCA and Treating Customers Fairly

I have been working for a Financial Adviser for 10 years. I have experience in making appointments, managing his diary, face to face interaction with clients. I was the first person the clients meet in the office, Dealing with queries from clients and also Insurance and Investment Houses. Ordering stationary, and had 4 staff working under me. My strongest asset is that I am always willing to learn more about a product or a organization. I am neat and well spoken and always have the organization or clients best interest at heart. I am loyal and honesty is a very important character to have.
