am a diligent worker. My conduct is commendable; I take tasks given to me seriously and make sure that I reflect integrity and Excellence in my work. I’ve recently completed NQF Level 4 in insurance and have obtained 150 FAIS Credits. I always keep an open mind to both learning from others and sharing my knowledge with those around me. I have a Great Personality and a very High EQ; hence I can easily to get along to people of various age groups and of different personalities. I’m capable of setting priorities and (S.M.A.R.T) Goals in order to reach my primary objective. I’m focused and always want to make sure that at the end of the day the bottom line is reached. My experience in the industry has made me to be Performance Driven and Result Orientated with the ability to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines or targets. I therefore possess the necessary attributes to prove myself in a tough and demanding environment.

I AM A BANK TELLER I HAVE GOOD RELATIONSHIP WITH MY COLLEAGUES I HAVE LEARNT A LOT OF THINGS LIKE BANKING PROCEDURES, PRODUCTS AND HOW TO DEAL WITH THE CUSTOMERS WHAT I ENJOY IS THAT I CAN BE ABLE TO LEARN NEW THING EACH AN EVERYDAY AND EXPERIENCE AS WELL. THE MOST CHALLANGING ITS WHEN YOU CAN SELL EVERY PRODUCT TO THE CUSTOMERS AND I HAVE TO CONVINCE THEM IN ORDER TO WIN

Challenging but a great learning curve
It's a challenging department but there's a lot to learn and the opportunities to climb the ladder. I wish they could make their employees permanent so that they could enjoy the benefits especially to further their studies that could grow each individual in their career

Good
I work as a Bso/ teller at tzaneen absa. This was my first job after acquiring my qualification in bachelor of accountancy. Its good introduction to work environment. I work with lot of different people of different cultures and beliefs. And still we respect each other. Also there are sales targets to be meet each week

Excellent Learning Curve
Great environment to work at. I love the values of the company which are Respect, Intergrity, Services, Excellence, and Stewardship. Great amount Respect was potrayed by my co workers towards me. I have learnt alot about Recruitment and Managing different types clients. Ability to submit requests on time was the utmost important aspect that i learnt. Working woth my colleagues peacefully and according to the policies and values outlined by the company brought great joy to me. Having to work on numerous requests at the same time was really pressurizing but i had to prioritize all the requests individually per level of importance.

Exposure to different areas
Well the process we use is internationally recognized. But with the team I'm in the expertize are not equally divided among team members. Sharing of work is not exercised and so I end up doing nothing. I will volunteer but I often end up always volunteering and not having a role. The environment is okay, working hours are reasonable but communication between team is not clear.
Pros: Exposure in treasury
Cons: No space for growth within team

Review
Typical work day would be working on a project that requires a person to work late. I have very good relationships with my co-workers and I well in a team as well as individually. I enjoy it when what I am doing comes together and improving myself academically. Challenge is if a project is not finished in due time and the critical issues have not yet been fixed.

Credit analyst for 15 years
Credit analyst for 15 years. My qualifications are as follows CAIB (SA). Bcomm (banking). Honors in financial management. I have worked with individual accounts. Small business, medium business and large business. I have worked with different industry such as agri, retail, automotive, public sector, construction abd etc. I had mandate to grant or decline loan application.

Very challenging but gaining excellent interpersonal skills.
This is a very challenging role but I am gaining good experience especially with regards to communication an d interpersonal skills. I also have to apply my analytical skills in this role so that I can find the most effective way to sell products. My career ambition is to be a Business Analyst but I am very much grateful for this experience.

I would describe myself as self-motivated, loyal and hardworking individual who is not afraid of challenges. My experience as a consultant has taught me to be able to work under pressure, to interact with others effectively and to solve problems in a critical and creative ways. I am interested in working in an inclusive work environment which provides me the opportunity for growth, to learn more, work with and be inspired by energized, like- minded individuals.
