The Most Challenging and Interesting aspect of my Job
To always be versatile and active as we work on a lot of different Projects. To always be available to help your Clients when they call. Always have the willingness to be responsive to your clients

Working agile at Absa
Working in an agile environment, I quickly learned that managing expectations with senior leadership in the Western Cape and the national team will lead to the success of my team. There is an old saying…out of sight, out of mind – I had to ensure that the team and I were always top of mind even when we were not in the office by communicating to key stakeholders on WhatsApp groups and email, the activity schedule for the week and to contact the project lead (Marketing Consultant) for any queries which assisted the team to drive participation and involvement of senior leaders; example Woza Nazo Customer activations My leadership style also had to change considerably – I had to focus on performance output and not on the number of hours the team spend in the office. I have built a dynamic and high-performance team, that is respected by their peers and leadership and seen as trusted advisors.

Current and previous role
Administrator with clerical and administrative support to professionals either as part of a team or individually. Production officer experience whereby processing of information and the constantly changing business procedure within our business unit (AVAF) Sales support experience which includes the handling of telephone calls or acknowledging sales consultants emails or letters for representatives and ensuring that the bankers application forms are completed accurately so that no rework is required Validating, and verifying of clients information, scrutinizing of documents for the final stage of whether an application will approve or decline Between the below mentioned job roles- other jobs roles were also performed such as: Switchboard operator, Reception at the hardware store (Family Business), Production officer, Promoter/ Marketer, Cashier, Waitress, Bay Cleaner

WORKING ENVIRONMENT
I believe that the people you work with has a big impact on how you describe your work environment. Although I work in the corporate world, the people are very flexible. We work hard as a team to push through cases. We assist each other where knowledge lacks. etc. We are a crazy bunch of people, that love working together.

GOOD LEARNING PATH AND LOT OF EXPERIENCE
busy and hard working.friendly people with warmth LOVING HEART.I have learnt howto work hand in hank with coworkers and clients.I benefited a lot.i built solid working relationship with my co-workers. I most enjoyed my work .as i was doing 4 positions teller,customer service, treasury,ATM. Working with clients also excited me. The most challenges were when it is month end and i had to manage doing 4 positions and my files and listings it was hard

Excellent learning curve
a typical day would be me coming to work, answering call, attending to clients emails in our communication box. amend policies, assist with discount, lodging claims. and capturing data on the system whiles busy with client on the phone. i have a good relationship with my co-workers to a point where we are like family working together to achieve the same goal i have learned how to multi task, working on different systems while on the phone with the client. the challenges i face are usually after natural disasters where call volumes would be extremely heavy, but the end of the day we manage to assist client

Before you earn, you work
A day wasted is money lost , big company and competition amongst colleagues is too high let alone our company's competitors. It was a great opportunity for me.
