Im on an ongoing self development, to ensure I achieve my goal targets in a reasoble time phrame.

Am very passionate about customer service, from handling call volumes, giving outcomes, explaining deal structure. Guiding through processes and requirements to conclude a deal. Liasing with fellow co-workers to make sure the work load is shared equally to reach the ultimate goal, of keeping to our reply times. The day to day working relationship has enhanced my teamwork and working towards aching the same objective.

Hype environment and constantly changing

The environment requires me to manage myself, build and maintain business relationships. Grown network and maintain stake holders to altemelty meat solutions for business.

Pros: I Had a pleasure of working with the CEO of Standard bank MR Sim Tshabalala and pleasure off working full time close with Short /long wealth CEO Mrs Scott and nolwandle Balo.. was indeed a greatest experience and had a wonderful time there.
