I grew and am learning everyday

My name is Musa Hyginus. I am a learning and development specialist. I facilitate, coach, design material and mentor staff and colleagues that are new in Hr. I love the work i do as it gives me exposure of people of different levels. As working with adults you need to understand different methodology when addressing them. I managed to get the exposure of working closepy with general manager and external customers

Independent and self discipline

What I've enjoyed most with this job is working from home. I'm working from home 24/7, 365. I only go to the office if there's a meeting or I'm out of stationary. What I've learned from this is self discipline. Having worked from home for so long. There's never been a complain from management about misuse of tools of trade. I've learned more about time management and proper planning

Leaning curve

I believe a good work environment is where there's shared knowledge, diversity and is work friend. Team building I find very beneficial to me as to get better understanding of all my colleagues. I prefer working freely not fixed to work times, most of the times I work late when I get home to stay inline with the deadlines.

Pros: Learn as much as possible from different analytical departments and move to senior level

Great for developing a individual

I currently work in the vehicle and asset finance industry. I have over three years customer rapport experience. My daily task includes exceptional customer service delivery. My most recent position includes the handling calls in an inbound call center and a year ago I was promoted to an administrator which focuses mainly on electronic communication with customers. I have a target of 130/140 interactions and an average handling time of 190 seconds. I have achieved a 95% first call resolution target. Since the inception of my role as a call center agent I have achieved a yearly top performer award. I have been recognized for top quality real time adherence and quarterly and top performer in the entire customer service center.

Pros: That i handle the pressure and flexibility that the jobs requires

Am always open for any challenge that comes my way

i enjoy working for my company because of the challenges i face, having to draw up documents and handling customer`s portfolio accounts. i love my team they like my family, although sometimes we argue about work but we like to encourage one another. we have a healthy competition on meeting the target and helping one another to achieve one goal of which is meeting the target. i have learn that team work helps a lot where u cant understand you are able to ask your team member and get the ball running .

Pros: You are never too young or too old for success or going after what you want.
Cons: i dont mind working long hours along as the work is done
