Independent and self discipline
What I've enjoyed most with this job is working from home. I'm working from home 24/7, 365. I only go to the office if there's a meeting or I'm out of stationary. What I've learned from this is self discipline. Having worked from home for so long. There's never been a complain from management about misuse of tools of trade. I've learned more about time management and proper planning

Excellent experience for training and equipping
Great company to work for. Leadership is the best but for the sake of growth and desire to become better you stay.work environment can sometimes be toxic but the willingness to work and understand people is a skill required

Wonderful experience
Great work culture, I have developed and learnt a lot from my organization & I don’t think I would have grown the way I did had I been with a different company. I enjoy working with supportive people and seniors who’s doors are always ope to all staffing issues that need resolution.

Not sure what reviews you need
My views at the current company, is tat we have no growth any more, that is one of the reasons , why iam looking for w new challenge . my daily work is not changeling any more, as I know all the in and outs of the job, iam currently bored with what iam doing, as its all the same every month. iam looking for something new and new challengers so that I can grow and learn new things . My bosses at the current job, are not motivated hence it demotivates us as well,

Excellent learning curve
WesBank has a wonderful work enviroment, so energetic. Work hard and play hard. A day at work always begin with an early morning team talk, a highlight of how was the previous day and at what space the team members are at on that day. Goals and objectives for the day are highlighed and target are set. There is a wonderful good spirit amongst co workers and every one is a teamplayer, working together for a common goal. I have learnt the importance of teamwork, multitasking and being self motivated. What i enjoyed the most were the employee recognitions and incentives programs, really contributed to self motivation. Adapting to working with different departments and stakeholders has been a bit of challenge but the learning curve has been so great.

Learned to be a leader
Plan my day ahead and know what to do first as always have to do list for the day Shared our focuses and success each and every monday and learned so much from each other Learned how to handle meeting with the manager and HOD from the business and how to write the monthly report Calibration part most enjoyable as we discuss what to do and what not to do Challenging part it's when the manager and team leaders not agreeing with the escalations that was sent
Pros: Managed to work from different business
Cons: 8 hours but if lot in my plate will work till late to make sure i accomplish my duties on time

Great experience
Working at the banks as a fleet Controller is such a great experience because you deal with both the client and the suppliers eg Petrol stations or SANRAL OR Tracking companies. and the Learning never stops as there is a lot of changes.

Great place to learn and grow.
This is a great place to work. There is definitely a work life balance. Always learning new things. On the job rotation helps with exposure. Lack of opportunities to grow in HR generally is a problem. Over all very happy with experience and journey
