# A typical work day consists of : observing agents and supervisors in their current roles VS outcomes. Gaps/development areas are identified and suggested best practices are implemented. Performance is tracked through appraisals, calibration sessions and buzz sessions. #Relationship with co workers is complex because its trying to get agents to understand and comply though after 15 years we have become like family. # Enjoy the most: People it is rewarding to be apart of growth and transformation. #Learnt: Many things but the most valuable lesson: is people don't care how much you know until they know how much you care. #The most challenging aspects of the job - SPREADSHEETS there are too many.

It's a place of growth, and self discovery
Nothing to say about the company which is bad, they have given me a chance to experience work life and see how I can improve myself and my skills. I am grateful for my internship and I am very excited to be a part of this program

Am always open for any challenge that comes my way
i enjoy working for my company because of the challenges i face, having to draw up documents and handling customer`s portfolio accounts. i love my team they like my family, although sometimes we argue about work but we like to encourage one another. we have a healthy competition on meeting the target and helping one another to achieve one goal of which is meeting the target. i have learn that team work helps a lot where u cant understand you are able to ask your team member and get the ball running .
Pros: You are never too young or too old for success or going after what you want.
Cons: i dont mind working long hours along as the work is done

Excellent learning experience
I got exposed to new technologies and different strategies, the workplace culture is good. There were a lot of Knowledge transfare sessions. The support personal growth wich i saw myself obtaining a a Java SE 8 OCA certificae

Productive, accurate, helpful solving problems, warm and engaging accurate, fast, quick thinking, time and self management, quality hard work, excellent customer service, fast typist productive, accurate, get the job done, do it right the first time. listen carefully to understand customer needs meat deadlines.

Working with good people.
The first rand group is a very good brand to associate with. irst There is a great culture, people are nice and very helpful. There is not much of negatives to say about the whole group as a whole. It is a good company. There are limitations ofcourse whrn it comes to respect anf trust. The lower levels are extremely great it is the higher up levels that are not so nice.
Pros: Big financial service group and opportunities to move to other departments
