Excellent communication skills, good at negotiating , able to interact at all levels
I am well versed in all facets of banking. I have an excellent understanding of international trade, general banking, private banking, asset financing etc. I work well in y team and am able to motivate my team to excel.

To work under pressure and to plan
Go to work , great staff have meeting unlock switch board for phone. Check workload for the day.Start with work.Have tea break socialize with co-workers. Call customers for collection of there cards. Capture work onto the system. Send out Analyses Reports to relevant client all Government. Call Merchants for outstanding paperwork. Send out e-mails. Attend to any quires. It is very important to plan out our day and structure your time out to do specific duties which are required of you in order for you to complete it on time. I enjoyed the people I worked with and the environment. When large amount of work need to be captured , due to new cards being issued to each part of the Government sector as it was a National Contract.

Lovely environment
I have learned a lot about different things in the finance sector and I'm hoping to expand my knowledge. I have had the opportunity to work with different people on various projects and in turn build my work relationships.

Exceeded requirements
Work environment is okay, the job itself is also good for a starter but it could be better in terms of growth opportunities. My line manager does most of the more challenging work and this is risky because upon her resignation, I will be thrown in the deep. It would be better if more of the work was handed over to me.

Summary review of current role
A typical work day is occupied by running with projects, coordinating testing for new changes, communicating to business regarding new system developments. Providing assistance with system related queries. Running reports. My relationship with my co-workers is really good. I am able to get along with my peers and other staff within the organization and on all levels. I enjoy not having a team that reports to me because that has pushed me to work more independently. I enjoy being in a more specialized role. The most challenging aspects of the role is dealing other parties not meeting their deadlines which affect my deliverables.
Pros: Great opportunity for promotion and can work in any sector of industry
