I learnt a lot from Webhelp, it was very challenging and a great experience

I got to interact with customers from the United Kingdom, it helped me improve my English and accent. I became a great team player, I learnt to use my own discretion based on the problem I was solving, I figured that I am Actually good at multitasking and I have great interpersonal skills.

Pros: A good stepping stone
Cons: The long and flexi work hours.

EXCELLENT LEARNING CURVE

NOT THE BEST COMPANY TO WORK FOR BUT THEY TRY THE STAAFF HERE IS GREAT BUT COULD IMPROVE ALOT I WOULD RECCOMAND A FRIEND AS IT IS A LEARNING CURVE WITH WORKING WITH DIFFERENT NATIONS

Brilliant learning curve

Im an easy going type of person so I'm the type that keeps everyone happy in my team.getting to work early and reserve a space for my team.What I enjoy most is that we care for each other and we all looking for grown.If one team member is stuck on something we all try to assist before calling the manager.I also enjoy the feeling that you felt home but yet at work. What I have learnt is that always listen to customers and ask as many questions so you get understand what is it that the customer really wants.Always think out of the box.

Pros: great opportunity for growth if you want to be in that field for ever.

My journey

the people are amazing in way that everyone is fimiliar to one another. I have learnt alot about customer service and how to go an extra mile for customer listening and taking ownership. challenging aspect was working under pressure having to talk type and listening at the same time. We also have a bonus which you have to meet certain targets a month either aht or nps and conformance to qualify for it.

Non standard claims handling

A typical day at the office would be dealing with a caseload of up to 195 complex claims or non standard, cloning into a to do list of over 100 and getting it down within a days time to less then 50. The perks of working for the company is learning how to deal with claims hat are not very straightforward and requires common sense as well as technical skills, it requires out of the box thinking and being able to work mostly unsupervised. The company has helped a lot of people grow but mostly it has made me realize my current potential, however something more challenging is what I am looking for cutrently.

Pros: A lot of leaver days and dealing with challenging files
Cons: No growth opportunities

Excellent learning curve

It is a good company to work for. Has benefits. Opportunity for growth. Great relationship with co-workers as everyone is friendly. Have learnt alot like how to deal with difficult customers and build a report with the customer. Teaches you to pay attention to detail. What I enjoyed most is the way it taught me to be very analytical.

Cons: Value for money. You earn minimal wage according to responsibility levels

My son is my motivation

I work for quite a large organization of which I think we get paid very little for the amount of work we do, considering that we help customers on every platform to reach maximum customer satisfaction and excellent service delivery and it is not motivating for the amount of remuneration received. My co-workers are brilliant and they make it a very pleasant environment to work in. I deal with customer complaints and inquiries daily via email and calls and always aim to deliver the best possible service to our clients. It is rewarding to help a customer who has been struggling to get the proper customer service they deserve as I believe in first time resolution, solving a customers query the first time round on the first contact .

Pros: Growth is rapid as positions can be applied for after 6 months of service
Cons: Long working hours for the little remuneration received

Hard working

Excellent communication skills are a key criteria in my place of work as we communicate with clients and customers from all parts of the United Kingdom, all customers are diverse and therefore we need to, as customer support advisors, adapt to each individual with the special attention they need. As an outsourced company we are paid for the time advisors are at work, taking calls and adhering to key metrics, therefore being punctual is of utmost importance. I enjoy reading, hiking and making new experiences. I enjoy challenging opportunities and being out of my comfort zone. I have learnt in my many years of work experience that no day is the same, some days are challenging, some are easier to handle and some throw you off course, but the main objective is to not give up.

Cons: Taking on more than what i can chew at one given time
