Skill enhancer

I have enhanced my previous skills and have learnt/grown more intellectually in terms of being exposed to a different aspect of Customer Service.I llike the fact that i am exposed to international customers, exclusively in the UK. The customers are challenging and always come up withssomething new that i have to deal with and that is exciting for me as i love challenges, however i do not feel like i am getting paid enough considering the amount of work i do on a daily basis and high targets i have to reach.

Great opportunities for growth

The hours are very long. The environment and the stuff are amazing to work with. The company is big and growing everyday. You have to work under pressure all the time as their are KPIs to meet. I have learnt alot in terms of client and customer service giving providing them with exceptional experience within Vodafone. My greatest challenges are the long working hours and struggle of transport after a long tiring shift and getting home 2 hours after the shift has ended which makes it difficult to wake up in the morning resulting to be late. The relationship between my co-workers is wonderful.

Great opportunities for growth

Allowed one to grow,

Due to minimum stuffing that pushes us to work more hours, they is constant change in processes and leadership which leaders to minimum levels of growth, We work on giving great customer service on a daily to maintain the great service level we have with our clients . Setting KPI and make sure targets are met, reviewing stats and make sure we set president. Maintaining floor operations and make constant updates of any change that might take place.

Pros: Learn to work with diffrerent leaders and learn new leadership styles

Excellent learning curve

The day starts at 7 in the morning with call evaluations. my team mates are great people, we joke an laugh about current affairs and further inspire each other to do great on the date. We support each other in business and in personal life. Our management is based in The U.K therefore we would have Skype meetings on a daily basis. I have learnt how to appreciate my colleagues as my support structure and to support them to insure that we meet the business requirements on a daily basis.

Excellent growth opportunity

I have a great working relationship with my co workers as the relationship is built on trust and understanding on another, even when we come across challenges and disagreement, we are still able to overcome them easily. I have learnt that people respond well to a person that shows an element of humanity, people are more likely to want to work with you if you treat them with respect and you are able to give constructive feedback, and you work towards one goal as a team. What I enjoy most about my job is that I am given the opportunity to come up with new and innovative ways to complete certain tasks. The most challenging aspect is that some people may not consider your job important, however this perception can be changed by engaging with the individual and being able to show them how you can support them to deliver excellent results.
