Excellent learning curve

The day starts at 7 in the morning with call evaluations. my team mates are great people, we joke an laugh about current affairs and further inspire each other to do great on the date. We support each other in business and in personal life. Our management is based in The U.K therefore we would have Skype meetings on a daily basis. I have learnt how to appreciate my colleagues as my support structure and to support them to insure that we meet the business requirements on a daily basis.

Excellent growth opportunity

I have a great working relationship with my co workers as the relationship is built on trust and understanding on another, even when we come across challenges and disagreement, we are still able to overcome them easily. I have learnt that people respond well to a person that shows an element of humanity, people are more likely to want to work with you if you treat them with respect and you are able to give constructive feedback, and you work towards one goal as a team. What I enjoy most about my job is that I am given the opportunity to come up with new and innovative ways to complete certain tasks. The most challenging aspect is that some people may not consider your job important, however this perception can be changed by engaging with the individual and being able to show them how you can support them to deliver excellent results.

Great growth potential

Working for Webhelp SA has helped me grow immensely. While I do appreciate the growth opportunities, the salaries paid do not match the title. Great relationship with my co-workers. I enjoy analysing people and giving constructive feedback.

Great company

It's a great company but doesn't want to pay what am worth and the tax is just too much love the environment and the people loveeeeeEeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeerrrrrrrrrrrrrrrreeeeeeeeeeeeeeeererr my job

Excellent opportunity to learn about UK client'tel

My typical day at work would be, calls back to back with little availability in between calls. Resolving bill queries where customer where either over charged for certain usages on their mobiles, or customers charged for extra usage for data..then a customer would call in to find out what the extra usage charge is for and their bill will be explained to them so that they understand and pay for their bill. What my two most recent workplaces taught me is patience. Patience with myself and customers. When you are patient you're more efficient, more helpful, you're more able and more equip't to do your job. What I enjoy the most about the job is the joy i hear from a customer whose query is fully resolved. The biggest challenge, is taking taking every call as if they where my first call of the day.

Brilliant learning curve

Im an easy going type of person so I'm the type that keeps everyone happy in my team.getting to work early and reserve a space for my team.What I enjoy most is that we care for each other and we all looking for grown.If one team member is stuck on something we all try to assist before calling the manager.I also enjoy the feeling that you felt home but yet at work. What I have learnt is that always listen to customers and ask as many questions so you get understand what is it that the customer really wants.Always think out of the box.

Pros: great opportunity for growth if you want to be in that field for ever.

Excellent learning curve

It is a good company to work for. Has benefits. Opportunity for growth. Great relationship with co-workers as everyone is friendly. Have learnt alot like how to deal with difficult customers and build a report with the customer. Teaches you to pay attention to detail. What I enjoyed most is the way it taught me to be very analytical.

Learnt how to work under immense preasure

Great working hours excellent working culture there is a lot of buzz and fun events happening all the time . Meeting new people everyday and sovialising. Training was great and easy to understand
