New challenge
I'm a hard working person who is always challenging myself to do better and learn more. I love working in customer service in the airline industry or face to face in the hotel industry. I am looking for a new challenge to push myself even more and to learn and grow with a company. I feel like I have handled all challenges already at my current company and there is no room for growth. My co-workers and I have a great relationship and our team work is very strong.

Worst place to ever be in
No regard for the employees Terrible system to work on No leave always denied Pay queries endlessly which almost never gets sorted No one to complain to as it always falls on deaf ears and nothing gets done about anything

Excellent learning curve
It is target and quality driven enviroment there are a laxk of learning opportunities there is little Recreational activities. There is great support from team members but a distance between management and employees of non management positions. There is a Lack of growth and investment on employees

Excellent learning experience
Awesome speaking to UK customers. Learning how simple it is to shop online. Learning the UK life style. Enhancing pronouncing words in a British way. Listening attentively to what services is needed. Assisting with orders and payments of purchases. Resolving escalations or previous bad services given in the past.
