Company restructure
The company has gone through major restructuring and I need more stability in my life. I am in a comfort zone and with the restructure there is no room for growth and I need to get out my comfort zone and grow. I love working at Webhelp though had it not been for the restructure I would not want to leave.

Growth potential
The company has a great sense of culture and growth. Work ethic is great to a certain extent. There are issues and development areas that can be assessed and improved to create one of the best BPO cultures.

Brliiliant
Working at my previous company was amazing as i never new the what i know today. I have a lot of knowledge from the social media aspect and I would like to grow more in my new role.

Its a chilled environment to work on.
What I do enjoy is the shifts and the 2 days off In a week. And the fact that we do not work Sundays. The co worker are so nice and friendly . We get free lunch sometimes at least 4 times a month especially if you working on Saturdays.
Pros: 12 hour gap between shifts
Cons: Favouritism from management,pay queries every month,management is unprofessional

Personality Bridging
Best job as yet. Needs to exceed in helping their employees help others. Friendly environment. Family-orientated community, focused on helping others grow. Energy risen, home grown company. Lots of compensation, which needs better processing methods. Co-workers have become family. Learnt that customers are not always right. I enjoy the irrate as the usual has become boring.

I have learned a lot from from the experience and have become the best at what I do.
I have managed to gain a lot of experience. However I feel that I need to spread my wings and grow to greater heights where my full potential will be recognized an acknowledged for promotionbas I deserve it after all my work experiences as well as my general knowledge and experience.
Pros: Salary gets paid every month
Cons: Long hours and very bad shifts.

High pressurized environment UK based client Conduct one on one session (performance and well being) Learnt how to take care of my agents and they will take care of performance Relationship - good - sharing best practices and give each other feedback when necessary Enjoy - trying new things - styles of management and interacting with different people Challenges - our customer are too demanding but if you know how to treat them right as they are business customers

Excellent learning and growth
Its a awesome to work area.Company provides all the necessary equipment to allow you do do your work and investigations thoroughly.I mostly enjoy having to resolve customer queries and investigations. I get along very well with my team

Excellent communication skills
This position taught me how to push myself to ensure the best customer service experience and learn management skills when I was given the chance to floor walk ,it taught me how to respond to people's day to day behaviours and how to work under pressure. I enjoyed the conversations I had with the customers and clients as we would discuss the different weathers we have since our customer's are based in the United Kingdom ,that was what made it very enjoyable working for this company.

Leaning curve
I am a person who believes that you get what you work for, more than what you deserve, because although everyone deserves the best, it is the people who work hard at it who will ultimately achieve the best. I am the person who bases my life on the principles of honesty and integrity, because no matter what we become we only live for the people we love and we can never provide a stable material future if we cannot provide a moral one. I am the person who believes in people because we never know how high our faith will lift another and when our presence makes a difference.
Pros: Building relationships within a working environment. Excellent service in various situations, 8 years working experience.
Cons: I care too much about my work and affect my work life balance.
