Loved being able to solve the problems we were faced with on the daily
Webhelp SA promised things that we never had the opportunity to experience . There were no Fair promotion selections, positions were advertised but we could not be considered because they would need to replace us . i was never unhappy until the change in Operations Management

Daily review
Everyday when I walk in, I bring my (can-do- attitude) with me doing this, my mind is already strategized to face and to deal with anything that comes my way... # I plan and prioritize my day # I'm always in a good mood and this stimulates my team spirit - I love interacting and engaging with people at all levels # What I love.most about what I do,is the adrenaline rush - which pushes my limits # If a day Sis not go_well ...I look at what went wrong and try to remedy that situation

Cons: That my delivery at times depends on other people,however I master this by having open communication and huddles to highlight any risks

Growth potential
The company has a great sense of culture and growth. Work ethic is great to a certain extent. There are issues and development areas that can be assessed and improved to create one of the best BPO cultures.

Experience earned & grown of skill increased.
The company was a fun company all aboit growth filled with youth from high school & varsity students which have made working at the company more exciting & vibrant. I had a great time & had a lot to learn which I have.
Pros: The compny had a new campaign & coud grow & elevate within it.
Cons: They had long working hours & always had a problem when it comes to payroll.

Exellent customer services
I worked a shift shift environment, I must say was an exciting exprience as we worked with uk based customers, it was nice working with my team mates as they had team spirit and we always helped each other learned alot from each other weaknesses and strengths. Most challenges was personality clashing,trying to show your capabilities to your superisor hoping to get growth but never noticed.I have learned never to give up no matter what stay consistent and keep good at what you do. Stay away from work politics if not sure of something ask your management.
Pros: I used to assist my manager with some work at my extra time dealt with the system issue fir ny team I could have applied for a deputy team manager post or a coach post as I was performing as my stats were on target
Cons: I must say the shifts were abit of a challenge as they were always changing and we were never prepared so that for me was abit hard

Learning Curve
The Job at Webhelp was my first Job as a newly graduate and I appreciate what it has taught me. I have learnt to be more patient as well as conformance and adherence in time management and Team work. The Job is challenging in itself and depending what tupe of peak it is, peak is peak, and when those calls come in one has to be mentally and physically prepared in ensuring that the customer is happy when they drop the phone, I would say that is the most challenging because it is hard to sometimes please everybody but if one does their work correctly and handles the customer in a way one would want to be handled then it makes everything easier. We advise one another as a team when we see that one is struggling on the day and try to motivate them to be 100% there.

Excellent learning curve
It's a good company to work for and the processes are easy yet reliable. A typical day at the office is fun filled as I work with amazing colleagues and a great team.

Great experience
In a big company as Webhelp SA, one is exposed to many different departments and being given entry based information on the processes within different departments makes it run efficiently

Great working environment
I is a great environment to work in. The building is beautiful, the canteen is spacious and able to accommodate a large number of people, as we are a lot of people in our building. The working environment promotes cohesion/socialising with colleagues and management, as there is an open door policy in place. As for growth opportunities, very disappointing.
