Excellent learning curve.

Long hours and late shifts on a normal day. Forced overtime, cannot plan leave because schedules are not updated on time. Stressful working environment. I have learned to resolve customer queries at first contact and deal with certain complaints. Challenges were long hours and schedules not being updated on time for us to plan, there were also pay queries that did affect me financially. I have learned how to work under pressure and able to provide the best customer service with my skills.

Pros: Monthly incentives for good performance.
Cons: Long hours and late schedules.

Very good company to work for.

Good Day Thank you for your consideration on the job vacancy. I am confident I meet your requirements and apply myself wholeheartedly in the success of any company I have the opportunity to work for. I also consistently rank among the top performers in customer service feedback at previous and current call centre positions. I believe in earning respect in any company and most importantly enjoy doing it. Learning skills on top

answer calls all day and also reply by emails i have a good relationship with my co workers and also my peers i enjoy working with customers as they advice of my customer service skills I enjoy my work at webhelp but theres no growth at all dealing with rude peers and executive is the worst in my work place and having my salary delayed is also the worst but most of all not be able to grow in the company that i cant tolerate

Great learning curve

A typical day at work was sometimes stressful but good , because of the people and atmosphere. There was lots of things i learnt and still learning at the company with the people i work with and everyday challenges . The management is amazing always helpful and always willing to go an extra mile. The hardest part of the job is when the customer say something to put you down but then your colleague are there to cheer you up and you always motivated to do good.

Punctual and I type very fast. I'm also become very assertive

The atmosphere is very positive and full of life hence we always productive. Monthly incentives tends to motivate us to work harder. We have friendly staff and going to work on a daily basis is always fun.

Solving different types of queries

As a call center agent, you make work the morning, afternoon, evening, or graveyard shifts. I was working for a major online Retail store called Very which was located in UK. I mostly dealt with orders,returns,WISMO, technical issues and Log in escalations at times the calls can be rather interesting. As a call center agent, you'll deal with a wide variety of customers, complaints, and situations. Some of them are humorous, some far from it. Call-center dilemmas can range from a simple complaint with an easy fix, to a complicated situation that may require extra time and effort to deal with. You'll also find yourself dealing with a wide variety of customers, personalities, and attitudes. The co-workers are amazing cause everyone is an expect in some area of customer service which helps you to ask questions if you can't resolve queries. The experience was amazing in general.

Great learning curve

The company I work for is an international company that is slowly growing. The working environment is fabulous. I am part of the Financial team working with a campaign called COOP. I have close relation ship with my co workers we strive to accomplish our tasks set before as as a team and not only individually. I obtained vast experience in the call center environment and I have learnt hoe to adjust according to time changes ans schedules. I enjoy working toward the targets and deadlines set before me as it drives me to move a step further each day. The most challenging aspect of my job is sometimes the volume of workload but with hard work and extra effort I always mange to meet the deadlines. I truly believe that I am an asset to the company.

Great Learning Experience

Pros: Free Coffee Transportation Free Good managerial structure Cons: Working till late at night Working weekends (Saturday only) Im seeking bettee opportunities so i can grow as a peraon as well as my skills. It is extremely important to me that i can adapt to any environment without any hesitation.

Good experience gain

Webhelp was a good company but i need a new challenge that i could see myself grow in and not just be in one position where there was no growth. I want to be able to see what im workin towards and grow within the company to become better.
