Excellent learning curve

I am unemployed, left the above mentioned placed because I always had bad days, didn't enjoy what I did as we are treated as numbers & not employees. Challenging part was to deal with UK people who would say can I speak to someone who speaks English because they didn't understand what I was saying. It wasn't fun waking up to go to the place because of the shifts as UK is an hour behind SA. Taught me that the grass is not always green on the other side

I have gained customer service experience

There's no joy working at webhelp they always have discrepancy with paying us especially incentive earned I don't see growth at all, I see is favoritism in the senior stuff,they don't offer shift for the stuff who are no longer able to work at night you must provide a sick letter from specialist which I don't think it's fair not everyone is fit to work at night but they don't care all they want is for us to be at work when they need us.

Learning Curve

The Job at Webhelp was my first Job as a newly graduate and I appreciate what it has taught me. I have learnt to be more patient as well as conformance and adherence in time management and Team work. The Job is challenging in itself and depending what tupe of peak it is, peak is peak, and when those calls come in one has to be mentally and physically prepared in ensuring that the customer is happy when they drop the phone, I would say that is the most challenging because it is hard to sometimes please everybody but if one does their work correctly and handles the customer in a way one would want to be handled then it makes everything easier. We advise one another as a team when we see that one is struggling on the day and try to motivate them to be 100% there.

Excellent learning curve

It's a good company to work for and the processes are easy yet reliable. A typical day at the office is fun filled as I work with amazing colleagues and a great team.

Learnt alot at my current company

I've gain alot of experience at my current company in terms of frontline business interacting with clients and customers. Meeting the clients and customers needs. Meeting the business requirements. The most channelling thing would be the working hours as they are very long. Working with UK clients and customers on a daily basis is exciting and challenging at the same time. I will be the best candidate in this position and will definitely be a great asset to your company.

Great working environment

I is a great environment to work in. The building is beautiful, the canteen is spacious and able to accommodate a large number of people, as we are a lot of people in our building. The working environment promotes cohesion/socialising with colleagues and management, as there is an open door policy in place. As for growth opportunities, very disappointing.

Great place to start learning how to deal with foreign customers

Before working at WEBHELP SA ,I worked at Liberty Life. Dealing with customer insurance claims and policies .WEBHELP SA was about solving every customer service retail query

Pros: got promoted as a team coach within the 10 months working at Webhelp SA

Learning

Learning curve

Opportunity for growth is there but it takes long to get permanent. Pay queries are a problem and constantly have to fight for. No life balance and shifts are inconsistent.

Career Enhancement

Webhelp shaped my focus and build me as a customer service consultant. I have learned what my strength and weakness are. I have grown greatly as an individual and have learned a great deal about team work. I enjoyed working with different people and interacting with people from all walks of life. Working in a lively environment and working with people who aspire growth and success.
