A different but innovative experience.
A great company to work for. The atmosphere is always energetic and vibrant. We have a relatively small team that we work in so we have all developed a relationship with each other. Everybody is always willing to assist in there strong areas. I have learnt a lot with regards to the insurance industry and I now see how important it is for all finer details to be disclosed to clients. I have also learnt that being in QA, you always have to look at things from a client’s perspective in order to treat customers as well as agents fairly. The most challenging aspects is when you have a border line case where the advisor is at fault and so is the client so you have to make a decision that will work out for everybody but still keep the company’s reputation high.
Pros: Great hours and great staff

Outsurance is a great compooany to work for, love there culture and the good values they have instilled in me would reccomend to I have learnt alot from the company and hope to keep these values with me for a wwhile anyone

Great culture
Good company, good morals and wor ethic, verry fair and a work hard play hard attitude. Every one is well looked after and the team managers alwais assist, cultural days and diversity is also verry well considdered.

Working for Outsurance was a great opportunity for me and a learning curve at the same time, the best team setup and challenging. I had a privilege to work with great people with great minds and I learned a lot from each and everyone. Giving my all was the order of the day since only awesome service to your clients kept me in the bus.

I'm a great person who loves interacting with other people. I make my environment postive at all times I'm started as a lead generator and I have moved up the ranks. I've also grown personally moving out the township to a better area.
