It is a male dominated company. Women do more than their peers and produce better results, yet the salary is less. Time management was essential as I received over 300 mails a day, had to deal with customer complaints, ensure I am available for my staff ,attend many meetings and check the stats daily.
Pros: Incentive trips
Cons: Extremely fast paced. 60% of staff suffered from stress disorders.

All about learning
-A typical day for me starts by been at work before 7 and ends at 5 or 6 depending on whether or not i have extra duties that i would need complete eg my cyber analyst duties -relationship with co-workers ? we was family we helped each other out and made working long hours fun -i learnt that showing up early and leaving late isnt the only thing that will get you a promotion asking questions and taking up more tasks will get you noticed -nothing beats winning especially if you have been working at it for a while -providing a service to the company and its clients and making sure everyone is happy

Great company to work for
Great company and environment with good people and managers are very helpful and friendly. Outsurance has equipped me so much, got my RE and NQ4 level in Insurance through them

Opportunity of a lifetime
Sales is a large part of the job I do at OUTsurance, with the training we received at induction we were equipped with the abilities and tools that enable us to position the product and sell it to clients. The job consists of telemarketing and face to face sales of the company’s insurance product; we are a diverse and dynamic team who have a great working relationship as well as mutual respect among ourselves. Not much time is spent at the office, the requirement of the job is to source clients and travel to their areas, the only downside of it is that the remuneration package is commission based, as a result it largely depends on the quality of clients obtained as well as their ability to honour their payment agreements

Excellent learning curve
Outsurance is a fun environment to work in with lots of different cultures to learn from.A very loving and supportive team whole helps each other in pretty much everything.Loved the experience!!

Good learning curve
Rest company to work for, a lot of coyoung people so it’s a fun environment in general.. They could do better in terms of growing their stuff into higher management positions
