I’ve learnt a lot and still learning
Fun environment Great company Great people Different clients everyday so that keeps me on my toes hence people have different personalities I’ve learnt culture, manners, time management and discipline go a long way I enjoy learning something new and being able to grow. Most challenging aspects would not being able to convert.

A typical work day is target oriented. The work environment is fun, young and vibrant. Co workers are crazy but professional and also uplifting. I've learnt to enjoy being myself and be pro active in learning from my mistakes. The biggest challenge is adapting to the everchanging nature of the earning structure. I enjoy the dynamic fun workforce, the incentives, the healthy competition within the department, the coaching to help one continuously improve. The procedure is however very strict and stressing at times.

Gives growth
The fun part and interesting thing about working in a big business is that you learn alot from different races and culture. It even allows you to learn different moralities

Great experience with different people at different levels across different industries
I have been in sales for over 20 years mostly in the technical side. I have sold to mines, factories, construction sites and retail chain stores. I am highly self motivated and goal driven !

Excellent
Is the best company to work for, however it's stressful.. lots of fun and there live with their values, like human .. come to the dress code it's funny you can wear what ever you like of course something that makes you comfortable

Excellent learning curve
Awesome gees and growth opportunities. Love the energy and culture instilled within the organization. Great systems in place which are user friendly. Staff are always pumped up and on the go.

Brilliant company and the employees are all family. The most challenging aspect is the long hrs
The hrs are very long and we're forever exhausted. The company is great and the environment is vibey but the hrs though. The is a human factor always applied by the management and HR team .I just feel like favouritism is still practiced by some team managers where consideration and support is given more to those that are making them more money. This is the 1st company ive worked for that gives bonuses,provides counseling to employees when in need ,gives emotional support and the management always strive to ensure that everyone is happy working at all times

Better opportunity
Hi My current job is not challenging enough but i am good at it, i also have a good relationship with all my collegues because i believe in order to have a good healthy working environment i must have a good relationship with everyone i work with. I have learnt how to negotiate with client and multi task as in capture information and talk at the same time, I enjoy the job but not the hours as i am a family man.
Pros: I see this as a great opportunity to work closer to home

Better opportunity
not enjoying my current job looking for a change. enjoy selling and doing administrative and i like work with good supervision or not supervised. the challenge right now is the long working hours which i don't enjoy as i am a single father.

Excellent company for growth
Working at OUTsurance changed my view on client care, its always important to build good client relationships for future business. The people I worked with were driven, motivated and happy every single day. I always had a great relationships with co-workers and made it my mission to learn whatever I can from them. I learned how to overcome objections and how to sell to a client based on their needs, the company also increased my computer literacy and it increased my ability to assist clients. The most challenging part of the job was thinking on my feet but after time it became easy to handle and with the immense back up and support they give you there is never a question you can't answer
