To whom it may concern, I love the atmosphere of a sales environment. It's busy and noisy and every day tells a different story. I fit in well because I like change and experiencing something different every day makes it so much more interesting. I get along with all people, Green, Purple and blue. I don't care where you come from I just want to be better than the guy next to me and I wand to have a laugh with him about making more money than him! I have learnt to keep on setting new goals with a higher standard than the one before. With goals in place I stay motivated and positive and focus on the job at hand. I enjoy going to work wondering what premium I would write today! I enjoy pushing to be the first one to close something and smile about it. To stay motivated!

My name is Nicole and I am an open book
I have learnt self control and independence acts while working here at Outsurance I have grown to be a more responsible young adult and know when to draw the line , everyday is an exciting day at work as I get to interact with different clients everyday I get to learn a lot from all the conversations, also I pick up some adulting tips from my colleagues as they are all older than me this journey has been and amazing experience for me and I am still looking forward to learn from a new environment, I love dancing and listening to music I commit myself to anything when I have to I would say the most challenging thing about my current job is the system is at times it works against you at times in your favor and with that it makes it too difficult for one to have stable plans anything can happen during the month that can make or break you in this environment.
Pros: All you need to do is work hard put the hours and do what is expected of you and always be closing if it sounds wrong don’t do it make sure that you offer awesome service all the time
Cons: We have a 7.5 working hour schedule but can be extended depending on what the clients needs assistance with

Unemployed
At the moment am unemployed however my previous employer had a really great atmosphere. There was no uniform and no dress code. The company was all about service and the client. We had a basic and commission.

Excellent learning curve
I have vast experience working with the government sector, SANDF, DCS, JMPD, SAPS. Therefore I have great understanding of how the SANDF works. I have a lot of passion for government.

Great company
Outsurance has a great culture. I loved working there a lot of my goals were achieved. A normal day would be giving my clients the best customer service assisting with queries, qoutes and ensuring sound advice. I was second in charge for my team which was a good platform for me to learn more about the business and enhance my leadership skills which in turn afforded me the opportunity to be in the mentorship program. I have learnt to be patient and a team player. I enjoy motivating others and being able to assist them, and making good money at the same time. Only challenge would not being able to make a sale everyday however the day is worthwhile by helping clients and colleagues.

Continuous Learning
I have always been intrigued by various employment opportunities and challenges. I have worked in different industries and have made it despite my experience, I have moved from financial sector to telecommunication, sales to call centers and have challenged myself , this has given me experience on various disciplines and has taught me to be humble and work with different personalities and corporates from different walks of life.

Safety
I am doing my degree in safety and disaster management so want to move into that totally not combing it with selling ect, insurance industry has been great to work for but I like to be more hands on in the safety management of a company as that is where my passion lies

Excellent learning curve
Outsurance is a fun environment to work in with lots of different cultures to learn from.A very loving and supportive team whole helps each other in pretty much everything.Loved the experience!!
