My experience was that of amazing, the work space is lovely as well as the co workers always willing to help, I have learnt the ability to sell and deal with different situations I’ve also learnt effective communications skills. I enjoyed engaging with the clients the most and helping them. The most challenging aspects was dealing with clients that had already made up their minds in terms of leaving the company however I was taught how to by pass that

Able to work under pressure
it is good to work with large group of people you learn and u brainstorm ideas we are brothers and sister's to each other i have learnt how to work with people with different belives i enjoy when we share job most challenging aspect of job is when we work over time

Very vibrant place.
Great to start at if you're a school leaver. Medical and pension fund. Good training and ample growth opportunities. This company invests in their staff. My position involved making outbound calls to existing and new clients. If you are scared of calling people, this place is just perfect to get rid of that fear. If you want to be earning R20 000+ before the age of 21, you can achieve it at OUTsurance. Great company meetings. Most of the company is a call centre, so it's really diverse and energetic. This company has values and it lives and breathes them.

Cons: It can get pretty stressful on the phones

Excellent learning curve
From the day I started here I had every opportunity to learn new programs and get all the training necessary. I had to learn new ways of doing things as the nature of my job is ever changing and evolving and most of the time very challenging.

Great brand. A huge data base of clients
I love my job and enjoy working with the people employed at this company. The vibe and energy is what drives the passion. Sitting at board room meeting was enjoyable. I always learned something new. Great company to work for

Great Company to work for but its time for a promotion
typical work day- day start with... everyone needs assistance at the same time- I never get to finish my coffee assisting users with problems and completing daily tasks, working with my colleagues is always a pleasure. I get involved with IT Incidents and assist my Manager with his tasks Relationship with co-workers- I would like to think that I am a like able person and i get along with almost everyone if I would to leave my Department I will surely miss some people What you have learnt- working in IT for close to 9 years I can say that my work/department has made me whom I am today What you enjoy most- Like to investigate problems finding solutions, doing new things and learning, I like to be part of the Bigger picture The most challenging aspects- difficult to get a promotion, being a small department there is not a lot of opportunities

Great company
Amazing company with a culture that is rich in diversity. There's never a dull day as the company strives to balance work with fun. I gel well with all types of people and it's very easy for me to form good relationships. I believe in always striving to be the best I can be and have currently been appointed to join the management programme. Being successful in what i do is what motivates me everyday! My job can be challenging at times but I never stop trying to strive for success.

My typical day at the office is ensure that I provide quality service to my clients. I have a great relationship with my co-workers, many lean on me for advise. I have learnt the art of providing awesome service whilst investigating the clients. Getting clients more involved, teach them jargon around insurance, and why you have to do what you need to do. My job description is an investigator - I love doing my work and repudiating claims that need to be. One has to pay attention to detail. The challenging aspect of my job is when you have a couple of claims that need extra attention, extra attention may lead to extended turn around time.

Growth Opportunities
What I love about my work is that I work very independently. This allows to to manage my own time better, it also allows me to reach my own goals in sales as well as finding new clients. Our company values are in line with my personal values which are giving awesome service to my client and developing not only myself but also those around me. The most challenging part of what I do is keeping relationships going even if you don't offer what the client requires. I have had learned to explain to the clients why the need to have me as their account manager and my product is more important than what they wanted.
