I love my job and enjoy working with the people employed at this company. The vibe and energy is what drives the passion. Sitting at board room meeting was enjoyable. I always learned something new. Great company to work for

Great Company to work for but its time for a promotion
typical work day- day start with... everyone needs assistance at the same time- I never get to finish my coffee assisting users with problems and completing daily tasks, working with my colleagues is always a pleasure. I get involved with IT Incidents and assist my Manager with his tasks Relationship with co-workers- I would like to think that I am a like able person and i get along with almost everyone if I would to leave my Department I will surely miss some people What you have learnt- working in IT for close to 9 years I can say that my work/department has made me whom I am today What you enjoy most- Like to investigate problems finding solutions, doing new things and learning, I like to be part of the Bigger picture The most challenging aspects- difficult to get a promotion, being a small department there is not a lot of opportunities

Great company
Amazing company with a culture that is rich in diversity. There's never a dull day as the company strives to balance work with fun. I gel well with all types of people and it's very easy for me to form good relationships. I believe in always striving to be the best I can be and have currently been appointed to join the management programme. Being successful in what i do is what motivates me everyday! My job can be challenging at times but I never stop trying to strive for success.

My typical day at the office is ensure that I provide quality service to my clients. I have a great relationship with my co-workers, many lean on me for advise. I have learnt the art of providing awesome service whilst investigating the clients. Getting clients more involved, teach them jargon around insurance, and why you have to do what you need to do. My job description is an investigator - I love doing my work and repudiating claims that need to be. One has to pay attention to detail. The challenging aspect of my job is when you have a couple of claims that need extra attention, extra attention may lead to extended turn around time.

Working as an OUTie.
It is a very fun and kind environment. There is a lot of pressure and it requires a self-driven individual that always maintains a positive mindset. Giving clients awesome service is their main priority and respect is also promoted amongst fellow employees. I have a very good relationship with my teammates and we always push each other no matter how bad things may seem at that particular point. I have learned that you have to work hard in order to have a good salary and to be able to reward yourself and to always stay positive because a positive mind leads a person to the right direction. The most challenging part is having to deal with rude clients and making sure they get the best service regardless of how they act towards you as an individual.
Pros: Trains one to never give up.
Cons: Very stressful environment.

Great company and environment with good people and managers are very helpful and friendly. Outsurance has equipped me so much, got my RE and NQ4 level in Insurance through them

All about learning
-A typical day for me starts by been at work before 7 and ends at 5 or 6 depending on whether or not i have extra duties that i would need complete eg my cyber analyst duties -relationship with co-workers ? we was family we helped each other out and made working long hours fun -i learnt that showing up early and leaving late isnt the only thing that will get you a promotion asking questions and taking up more tasks will get you noticed -nothing beats winning especially if you have been working at it for a while -providing a service to the company and its clients and making sure everyone is happy

Growth potential
I've learnt that customer service is very important and portraying a good image of yourself and the company is very important. I've been working since I was 19. I am now 25. I have alot of work experience in different companies and dealing with different clients. On a daily basis I go to work and try to do better than the day before. I have also realised that at some point you want a job that will fulfil you in every way and that is what I am looking for now.

Good learning curve
daily activities include: Lead generation sales customer service claims above is all done by an agent you need to be well organised and self motivated my Outlook calendar is what keeps me organised you manage your own portfolio and there is alot of responsibilities to it
